The Fatal Hairdo!

Times Read: 798

PLEASE TAKE caution. Pass this along to your friends and family.

Something terrible happened to a 10-year-old girl who had braids. The little girl had been wearing her braids in a ponytail for the longest time, and apparently the braids were old, at least 2 to 3 months old, and the mother never took them down to wash them or let them air out or anything.

Anyway, the girl had been complaining to her mother about having a headache for about two weeks, but her mother just brushed it off, assuming that she had hit her head against the wall or something. Well, one morning the child again complained to her mother about having a headache while getting ready for school. Again, the mother brushed her off. When the child got to school, she told her teacher that her head was hurting. The teacher assumed that the braids were too tight in the child's hair and attempted to let the ponytail down. When she removed the hair piece and let the braids loose, there was a spider in the child's hair.

The spider had laid eggs in the child's hair and the spiders were eating her scalp. She was rushed to the hospital, where she later died.

This happened in Monroe, La. It was all over the news and in the papers for about a week or so. Please, parents, don't leave braids or any kind of hair extensions in children's (or your own) hair — no more than 2-3 weeks!

She died because tiny spiders were eating the skin on her head?

Love Hurts

03:14 Sep 27 2010
Times Read: 800

There once was a girl named Mystery. Her parents named her Mystery because she was an unexpected mystery baby when she was born. She never thought she was good enough for anyone until she met her boyfriend.

They had met in the park where she was swinging on the swings. He saw her, liked her and talked to her.

Her parents always thought that she was a good girl with great grades and everything until they found out about John.

Ten days later her parents finally found out about her boyfriend John, so once she got home they sat her down and talked to her. They said you can't love anyone else unless you love yourself. She wanted to say so I can't love you then, but she didn't feel like hearing their mouths.

Everyday John would walk her home and every time he left to go home and she closed the door, her parents would tell her she wasn't good enough for him. They warned her that he would leave her. She wanted to prove that she was good enough.

One night she snuck out and went to the park that she and her boyfriend had first met at. She looked around the park one last time before her goodbye moment. She took a knife out of her backpack that she had grabbed from her kitchen and stabbed herself over and over again. She fell to the ground with tears in her eyes. Than she saw a light. The last thing she saw was tears in her eyes and the light.

The next day her parents kept calling Mystery to come downstairs to eat. When she didn't come, they went upstairs and couldn't find her, so they called the police.

After a week had past, the police were about to give up. John said this is all your fault, you had to make her feel like she wasn't good enough for anyone.

They were about to argue when they saw Mystery's spirit. She had tears in her eyes. She walked over to John and said "I love you and I will never forget you. I will visit you at least once a month." She kissed him, then she looked at her parents and said "Now am I good enough?" and she disappeared.

They eventually searched the park where she had met John and found her body. She was stabbed to death and had her heart in her hand, which was squeezed tightly. The police say she had stabbed herself to death, but she didn't pull her heart out and squeeze it to death. Someone else had to do this.

John blamed Mystery's parents and the case remains unsolved. John never loved anyone else again but one night he went to their house and stabbed Mystery's parents to death and squeezed their hearts. He said "This is what you did to Mystery, how does it feel"?

The police found them dead the next day because the neighbors had called saying they hadn't seen them. When they discovered John murdered them, they went looking for him. They found him in the grave yard dead next to Mystery's body. He had dug up her body and was holding her close. They found a note nearby saying "Get the evil person who killed Mystery, but for now I am dead with my love. Signed John. p.s. LOVE HURTS.

Silent Rose

02:12 Sep 27 2010
Times Read: 802

There once was a girl named Rose. She grew up in a loving family and led a peaceful life. That was until her 13th birthday.

Rose and her parents were driving home from her birthday dinner. It was late at night and Rose was happily chatting away to her parents. It was bad luck that her father was concentrating on what Rose was saying instead of focusing on the road. Her mother screamed, “LOOK OUT!” That was when Rose’s father turned around to see the two bright beams of a truck’s headlights rushing towards them. A split second later, the sound of screaming brakes and grinding metal filled Rose’s ears.

The reports all said that Rose was lucky to be alive. While her parents were killed on impact, she only suffered minor cuts and bruises, but the major damage was on the inside. Rose blamed herself for her parent’s death. She was the one talking, which distracted her father. She was the reason they were dead.

Rose was taken in by an orphanage. She was still beating herself up for what happened, and refused to talk. Filled with remorse, she visited her parent’s graves every Sunday. She would bring roses so that her parents would know that it was her that visited. She was an outcast at the orphanage. Some were scared of her, while others would tease her for being “Weird”.

A group of boys were especially nasty. They would follow her when she went to the graveyard on Sundays. They would attack her and torture her, knowing that she would suffer in silence.

One week, they took it too far. They took the roses she had laid on her parent’s graves and shoved them down her throat, suffocating her.

Realizing what they had done, they quickly took her body and buried her. Then things started to happen...

One by one the boys that had killed her started to see her in their dreams and when they were alone it would become silent. Then, a week after her death, one the boys were found dead with roses down his throat and he was surrounded with a ring of red rose petals. The next two boys suffered the same fate, one day after the next.

The final boy was laying awake in bed to escape the nightmares, when she appeared. She was wearing a white gown, stained with blood and she was holding a bunch of red roses. She staggered towards him, with a malevolent grin on her face. He went to scream, but couldn’t; she was making him suffer the way she did. She started to sing slowly, in a voice that sounded like nails on a blackboard “Ring, a ring of roses, a pocketful of posies, atishoo, atishoo, we all fall down.” During the song the boy fell to his knees and struggled to breathe. He took his last breath, then was still. She whispered under her breath, “We all fall down.”

Dancing With The Devil

18:10 Sep 24 2010
Times Read: 807

The girl hurried through her schoolwork as fast as she could. It was the night of the high school dance, along about 70 years ago in the town of Kingsville, Texas. The girl was so excited about the dance. She had bought a brand new, sparkly red dress for the dance. She knew she looked smashing in it. It was going to be the best evening of her life.

Then her mother came in the house, looking pale and determined.

"You are not going to that dance," her mother said.

"But why?" the girl asked her mother.

"I've just been talking to the preacher. He says the dance is going to be for the devil. You are absolutely forbidden to go," her mother said.

The girl nodded as if she accepted her mother's words. But she was determined to go to the dance. As soon as her mother was busy, she put on her brand new red dress and ran down to the K.C. Hall where the dance was being held.

As soon as she walked into the room, all the guys turned to look at her. She was startled by all the attention. Normally, no one noticed her. Her mother sometimes accused her of being too awkward to get a boyfriend. But she was not awkward that night. The boys in her class were fighting with each other to dance with her.

Later, she broke away from the crowd and went to the table to get some punch to drink. She heard a sudden hush. The music stopped. When she turned, she saw a handsome man with jet black hair and clothes standing next to her.

"Dance with me," he said.

She managed to stammer a "yes", completely stunned by this gorgeous man. He led her out on the dance floor. The music sprang up at once. She found herself dancing better than she had ever danced before. They were the center of attention.

Then the man spun her around and around. She gasped for breath, trying to step out of the spin. But he spun her faster and faster. Her feet felt hot. The floor seemed to melt under her. He spun her even faster. She was spinning so fast that a cloud of dust flew up around them both so that they were hidden from the crowd.

When the dust settled, the girl was gone. The man in black bowed once to the crowd and disappeared. The devil had come to his party and he had spun the girl all the way to hell.

I figured I'd share this story since I thought that since Halloween was around the corner people would be interested in reading scary stories. It sure gets me in the mood for Halloween.
