The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

The government believes that it’s invincible, and maybe it is. The people think they are being betrayed, and maybe they are. The nation thinks they can control others, and maybe they can. The world thinks the end is near…and maybe it is.



In all of anyone’s history, one thing has always remained the same; nothing can last, be it good or otherwise. Perhaps the end is near, and President Bush really can control the universe and the government can’t be destroyed. And then, perhaps, like everything else in this world, everything is only a matter of deception. Our commander and chief thinks that he has a strong hold on this nation, and that a conflict between his interests and the interests of the people would never occur. Then again, he could be wrong.



Change is something that, despite everyone’s best efforts, always seems to happen. It is unavoidable, and that one malicious dictator will rise to power only to be replaced by one ‘greater’, inevitable. But I believe, being the ever tree-loving hippy, that there can be, and probably is a higher path. It is strewn with bodies and sodden with blood, but the end result is well worth it.



Imagine a world where everyone lives in peace and harmony, and that the saying ‘love thy neighbor’ is true. Imagine a world where there is no terrorism, no world economy, no debt, no taxes. How is this possible? Well, if we can only see past our differences, and push through the self-centered and materialistic view humanity has, we may be able to coexist. Think of it: if someone needed something, you would gladly give it, not a thought of what’s in it for you crossing your mind.



This cannot be achieved over night, I am fully aware. But if you stop and actually consider what I’m saying, you can realize that this future I speak of can truly become real. Many people would be against it; oil companies, terror cells, politicians, but the average human can understand that this future would be a dream. I understand, though, that this is just an idea.



But it is the idea that pushes the world.



If one person has an ingenious idea on how things should be, I’m well aware that this sole person cannot change things. However, that one person can influence others, who will then influence others, and others still, until you have the domino-chain reaction scenario. That one person, standing alone, cannot change things; but when that one person stands with hundreds, thousands, millions, a whole global community of people standing alone, believing the same beliefs… those people can change the world. And when that happens, when those people stand together and stand strong, you can have only one thing.



Revolution.

So, I just read the crap about covens, including rules and blinding. It's funny, because I don't really care. In fact, I never did care about the wanna-be covens of this site. I belong to an ancient Coven, and it's rules are the only ones I follow pertaining to Vampires.

A note of advice to any wanna-be Covens on this site, including my own: These are the only Laws I follow, because they were set down by the very first Coven Master of my true Coven.



Laws of the Great Coven.





Law 1: Betrayal of the Coven; its secrets, members, or otherwise, is forbidden.



Law 2: Although living in the Coven House is not mandatory, all members are required to gather at the Sacred Meeting Place, at the anointed time, when the Coven Master calls for an assembly.



Law 3: There is no age restriction when creating new members; however, all makers are required to teach their fledglings the essential knowledge.



Law 4: In order to create new Vampires, one must be a maker recognized by the Coven Master. A maker is classified as a seasoned Vampire of at least 5 years, and their application to become a maker has been approved by the Coven Master. No one under the status of maker is allowed to create new Vampires.



Law 5: Any attempt, or any evidence produced supporting an attempt, to break any one or more of these Laws will result in an immediate trial, where the accused will be judged by the Coven Master.
