What you need to make yumminess
2 ripe tomatoes (cored and sliced)
1 pkg cream cheese
1 pkg feta cheese
1 pkg pre-sliced Bagels (any brand)
Salt and pepper (opt.)
Ok... how to make yumminess
So you take the package of cream cheese, the package of feta (any type will do, but the tomato and basil blend adds more flavor) and place all the contents of both packages (this includes the juice from the feta) in a microwave safe bowl and nuke it for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Remove from microwave and stir it up until its all mixed well then pop it in the freezer for about 15 minutes or until chilled.
Take bagels and finish cutting them in half. Place them on a plate then microwave for about 30 seconds until warm. Remove from microwave and spread the cream cheese and feta blend on them. Place sliced tomato on top and then salt and/or pepper them.
Sit down. Eat. And enjoy.
