cast my fairest one, without a beating heart, cast her sublime prey, whose azure veins steal like dark streams along a field of snow, whose outline is as fair as marbled clothed.
when first this living blood through all these veins, kindled a thought in sense. a soft and delightful thread of thoughts did rest and hover. like shadows o,er my fever,d brain; and strange desires, a tempest of passion, raging over my troubled soul!
Soft, my dearest angel, stay, oh! you suck my soul away; suck on suck on, i glow, i glow! tides of maddenening passion roll, and streams of rapture drown my soul. now give me one more billing kiss, let your lips now repeat the bliss! endless kisses steal my breath, no life can equal such a death!
Yes! all is past-swift time has fled away! she sleeps; cold is her bloodless form! her breast is cold, her heart can feel no more? yet it swell, pauses on my sickening mind; how long will horror nerve this frame my own!
thus solemnized and softened, death is mild, and terrorless as this serenest night; here could i hope, like some inquiring child. sporting on graves, that death did hide from humam sight, sweet secrets, or beside it,s breathless sleep, that loveliest dreams, perpetual watch did keep!

the breathless words did speak
and I have looked, one peak
"a wonder of a poem"
and now shall I go home.
like darkness to a dying flame! depart not as thy shadow came. depart not-lest the grave should be like life and fear, a dark reality!
