At the beginning of this COVID quarantine, my mom and I agreed that we were not going to waste this time, we were going to see it as a gift and use the surplus time used to commute, etc. to better ourselves. We have been learning Spanish as well as taking the time to get in shape. I am excited that on November 7th (provided it isn't COVID canceled), we are participating in the Vulcan Run 10K! We also just finished our 1st semester of Spanish online and we have learned so much so far. We start the second semester on Monday. It has been such fun and a nice challenge to clear out the cobwebs from my brain. I think I would be a perpetual student if the tuition wasn't so expensive.
