Fixed my brothers bike and went for a cycle. Looking forward to seeing them both next week. :)

Went training last night, I gave it a miss for a couple of days as my calf muscles became rather large, they seem to have gone back to normal size now, which is nice. I am doing 4 - 5 hours circuit training a week now, get me!
Week 7 still no smoking, still having difficulty concentraiting, I have researched the side effects of quiting smoking and one of them is lack of concentration, within the period I am in.
Books are going okay although I have slowed the pace on them.
