I don't care about a lot of people, meaning, there are very few people who I DO care about. And the people that I care about, I care about very much. Why? Because they're kind to me, or they make me happy, or any other array of positive things. I enjoy them, their company, their ideas and thoughts and actions.



And we worry about each other. We all want the other to be happy. And when you have a group of people making you happy, knowing that you're worth the effort, it feels wonderful.



I recently added a person to my imaginary "I-care-about-you-very-much" list.



And I'm worried.



I read this journal entry he posted today, and I commented, saying I could totally relate. And then I realized: that was a very bad thing. I have not had an easy go of life, so far, and the things that he said and I connected to...



I hope he's okay.
