Yep -- So the stars are right and dread Cthulhu has arisen in my heart; last week I finally managed (With powerbelt, since I've got a fucking herniated bellybutton, AGAIN, for the third time in two years UNNNGHH PLZ GO RALPH) to overhead / military press (Standing press from chest, over head with barbell and weights) 232 lbs x 3
Not that bad for a pseudö-chubby bearmode type of guy, I'd say (Down to 184 lbs right now, need to cut more and more ... But only a couple of weeks left until I'm down to 15-18% again)
