If anyone stumbling upon my journal knows if cooked blood has the same effect as raw blood, could you let me know?
My father's abuse makes my energy levels even lower. The change is evident and quick.
I've received a reply saying that I asked the wrong kind of person. Bit demoralizing – not to make anyone feel bad. But now who do I go to?
Today I found this site. The reason for my username- it's probably nothing, seeing myself in the description of some type of vampire, but just to be sure, I contacted the first menthor I found to have some answers. I hope this possibility doesn't add more negatives to my life. Maybe it's indeed just me being in a silly little mood.

I guess not but, in some cultures (french, Spanish, Irish, Scottish...) cooked blood is the only way to take it.

I understand your curiosity regarding the effects of cooked and raw blood. However, it is important to note that consuming any type of blood, cooked or raw, carries potential health risks and is not recommended without proper understanding and precautions.
In terms of the specific effects of cooked versus raw blood, it may depend on various factors such as the source, preparation, and individual tolerance. It would be advisable to consult with a medical professional or qualified expert in this field to gather accurate and reliable information.
Moreover, it is important to respect one's own cultural practices and ethical concerns when it comes to consuming animal products such as blood. One should always prioritize their well-being and consider the implications of their actions on not only their own health, but also on sustainability and animal welfare.
I hope this response helps you in your search for knowledge and understanding. As always, it is important to approach any topic with an open mind and diligent research.
