Well now that winter is upon us I have started his morning breakfast that includes his regular dog food but mixed in is a cup of oatmeal, a raw egg and his favorite flavour Peanut Butter. This helps his inner body stay warm and gives him that extra protein and the raw egg helps to keep his skin and fur moist and soft. The breed he is Great Pyrenees and Anatolian Shepard his fur coat is very important to keep healthy. He is a outside working dog and he needs that fur coat to be strong and healthy and thick for the cold winter months. His breed does not reach maturity until they are at least 2 to 3 years of age and they still can grow in height and weight during that period of time.

He is suck a big sucky boy with us his family but watch out anyone that comes into my yard!!!! He is a very very protective boy when it comes down to his immediate family member or the animals on a farm. If I am outside with my daughter I do not have to worry about anything because he will scare off anything that comes near....he is a very good warning system. If he gets to know you he will tolerate you but if you come around and become apart of the family he will always welcome you with a big wag of the tail and want you to pet him.

First winter storm of the season for southern Manitoba...

One last day of pleasant weather is on tap before an approaching winter storm brings an abrupt return to reality later this week. Sunny skies and mild temperatures today will give way to increasing clouds tonight and then rain mixed with snow on Wednesday.

Wednesday will be a messy day, with a rain/snow mix over much of the region accompanied by a risk of freezing rain. Air and ground temperatures a bit above zero should limit snowfall accumulation during the day, however colder air wrapping into the system late in the day will change the precipitation completely over to snow, and accumulating snow is expected to continue through Thursday.

Widespread snowfall accumulations of 10 to 20 cm are expected by Friday morning, with greater amounts over higher terrain and in localized areas downwind of the Manitoba lakes, which are expected to enhance snowfall amounts. The greatest accumulations will be over the higher terrain in the Parklands region of western Manitoba, where 50 cm is possible by Friday morning. A winter storm watch has been issued for this region.

I have been on this site for more years than I can count and it always gets me how some people just do not read profiles. I mean really come on guys are your brains in your pants that you cannot fathom wait a minute maybe this person is married....maybe if I look at the damn profile, and not jump on my computer and start humping it whenever I see a female profile?

I do understand that some people are just lonely but.....when it says in a profile stop I am taken or married and or not interested in cyber crap it boggles my mind how some people just do not get the word NO!!!!

So for all those whom seem to think I am a fool and I do not know whom they are and what they are about???!!!!
