The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Oi vey, papers...does anybody wanna write any of the 4 papers that are due within the next week and a half for me? :-p I swear I've had 15 semesters of college under my belt and I've NEVER had to write this many at the end of the year and due more or less at the same time...they're usually more spread out. *sigh* I'm gonna hate my laptop by the end of the semester from looking at it so much. :-p

Finally, the end of Spring Semester 2011 is right around the corner - and it can't come fast enough! Since I have Fridays off from classes, I only have four more days left before finals week...all together, there are 13 days before I head home for four months. This means I'll have plenty of time to be on here for more than just a few minutes at a time. Woohoo!



In another news, a health update:

As it turns out, I do NOT have a cyst on my brain; my original Neurologist at the hospital in my college town misread my CT Scan. After getting an MRI done at the Cleveland Clinic, my follow-up Neurologist there said the space where the first doc thought the cyst was at is really just an enlarged area in the brain but it's nothing to worry about. So, Neurologically speaking, there's nothing wrong with me. YAY!



And on an even happier note...I HAVE A SUMMER JOB! A manager that used to work at my mom's store is willing to bring me on his staff at Walgreens. He's taking my mom up on her recommendation, plus I have previous experience working with the company so that will work out in my favor. He said that as soon as I get situated after I get home from school to call him and he'll get me on board - I'm getting home on May 5th. I'm calling him that day, and going to try to get on the schedule for the following week. YAY! I need this job so so so badly right now. Right now it's the only one on my plate, but if I only get part-time I'm still going to look for a second job.



So yes this entry is a happy positive one with good news - a nice change of pace to write about something good! :D
