Whelp, been a minute since I posted in the old journal.

Let’s see…
New school year started for the kiddos 8/14.
We are on week 5 now. Both kids ended up getting sick- youngest on week 1 and 4, oldest week 2 because no one understands “keep your kids home if they’re sick” anymore these days so naturally now I, too, am sick. Lovely bought of Covid that’s fucking kicking my ass *hard* this go round. Oh well.

I will be restarting school in the winter. I took time off due to a bunch of shit happening (deaths in the family, home stuff we had to take care of, my laptop finally shitting the bed and me not wanting to deal with it right then and there, etc). Pushes back my graduation date but the date doesn’t matter, the end goal does.

Other than that? Now we have two ducks, 1 turkey, and 7 chickens added to the fam. Living the dream, yo.
