A shooting star,

its 5am as it

burns brightly

in the pre-dawn

sky.



It made me

think of lovers

past and the

passion we shared.



Streaking across the

sky shining so

brite the shooting

star burned its

self out in a fiery

moment.



Like so many

times I've felt

love then it was

gone...

thief, a hustler, a lair and a

bad mother. Do you care not who

Well its sad but true, you're an

Warm sunshine and warm hearts

all around wherever I roamed.



Met many who gave me a bed,

hot food, cold beer and buds !



Went north out of San Fran.,

found some snow, mountains,

and girls with warm hearts and

hotter beds.



Got bored and hit the never ending

city they call L.A. saw the surf and

miles of beaches where the rich live.



Walked along muscle beach where

everyone seems to show as much

skin as possible. Seen the freaks and

fags.



California its a big place with alot of

memories for me....
