Lapis Lazuli is also a semi precious stone here...Its a deep dark blue metamorphic rock which is where the Lapis comes from - it means blue..

Walking app?

A couple of those days I wasn’t able to do much. Yesterday was off the chain now. I was working so hard to get that snow boot badge. I walked 10 miles long morning and 10 miles in the evening. Only one of my feet is kind of sore today, so I think I’ll be able to walk again LOL LOL. I’m never going to make it a habit to go that far every day though. I really would just be happy if all I get is 20,000 steps in a day. And that’s still a lot. I can’t say how successful I am going to be because when it starts raining here I can’t get outside. I do you have a treadmill, but I don’t know how effective the Fitbit registers with treadmills.

That post really came out wonky because I am using speech to text from my phone while still in bed resting up.

@Kitty ... it is Fitbit. It is a exercise tracker. You wear the tracker on your wrist and connect it to a phone app. It trackers your activity, heartbeat, steps, miles ... things like that. You can also join a challenge to complete with each other. It motivates people to be more active.

@Images ... I think as long as you move your arms while on the treadmill it should be ok. Or maybe you can wear it on your ankle. I have seen people do that.

I'm an addict - er...slave to coffee, that is, lol. If I haven't had my first cup of coffee yet, then speaking to me first thing is gambling on getting heads bitten off and shit thrown at them...And if I am in the kitchen, it is more likely to be something sharp I am throwing since the knife block is next to the coffee maker, lmao. I'm one of those non-morning people who don't like chatter and chit chat before I have had a cup of coffee and my first cigarette. I am so irritable when I wake up most of the household avoids my ornery ass until afterwards, lol.
