I think if you can tie your shoes and talk, you can do it.
WHY do I have to tell a reservations "specialist" what flights he has available? Why do airlines refuse to help with reservation requests when their web site is down? Are they seriously using their own public website to look at their schedules? And vice-versa, why can't some of them look at their own website to see what I'm seeing when I talk to them???
And WHY do we keep pouring tax dollars into these companies while their executives make more money than I'll ever see in my life just to keep them from going bankrupt????
