Chapter 1: The beginning

Her tears fell to the ground but she made no sound as sge felt another strike cross her face. She was chained to the wall, the room cold and dark, covered in complete shadows. "My dear you reaally believed that you could escapre me didn't you?" another strike was placed on her face.

She looked down, and dared not to make another sound as she feltbeads of blood trail down her face. "It's alright i am sure that after this, you will never dare disobey me again." he says. The boy, whom she tried to escape with,

tries to stand from the floor.

Her master turns. " you inferior being you dare stand ?" he grabs the whip he held in his left hand and strikes the boy across , making him sink back onto the ground. He screams in agony as lash after lash is placed on him. If he continued, she was sure he was going to kill the boy.

"DEREK!" she yells with what little strenght was left in her. Her master turns. " You dare speak?without permission?" he says and smirks. " alright, you don't seem to learn do you?" he drags the boy, whose name was Derek across the floor close to her. He picks Derek up by the neck and holds him close to her face. " If you look away Serine you will suffer the same fate " he says. Serine looks directly at Derek. Her electric green gaze on his ocean blue ones Serine's eyes begin to water and her tears began to fall.

Stinging as they fell across her wounds she says " I'm so sorry" she looks down " i should have never brought you into this"

Derek looks at her and smiles " It's alright Serine don't worry there is no need to apologgize" he says " i don't regret accepting the request nor do i regret meeting you but please please promise me something Serine" he says sincerity in his eyes. A blade was heard neing drawn from its sheath " Promise me that one day you shall leave here and be free" he says. Serine looks at him " i Proomise" she says Derek smiles "good now don't look away. You must stay alive and you must never forget what you have promised to me" he says. Serine nods this time her sadness so unbareable she was unable to speak. " Serine looks away and you will die" her master said to her. Derek and Serine had been speaking through mind telephathy as they stared into one anothers eyes. Derek smiles and says " I love you Serine" out loud. Serine blushes but she knew she should not stall her time was precious and short "I LOVE YOU TOO" she says and her tears stream feircly down her face.

Her master drags the blade across Derek's neck. Blood gushes as the blade is dragged across his neck. Her eyes widen as she sees his face in agony, he tries to speak but blood streams down his lips forming only noise and no words.

The blood splatters onto her and then onto the floor " Derek" she whispers his name as her master lets go of his body and his corpse falls onto the cold wet ground, lifless and cold.

Chapter two :



She looks down and says nothing more. Her master walks up to her and. With his hand he lifts her chin up to face him. Her eyes staring directly into her masters. " you shouldn't have dragged that boy into boy into this Serena" he says smiling " Just look at what happened to him because of you?" he says. Serena says noting her tears run down her cheek gently. " It's your fault that boy died. It''s your fault for bringing him into this and now you must live with that in your heart," he says Serene's eyes water more "It's all your fault i have done nothing here and therefore my hands are clean." he says " Now repeat with me Serena " Master Ichigo had nothing to do with this" Serena repeats after him " master Ichigo had nothing to do with this. He has no fault. I am the one that -" she stops for a moment "Continue Serena" he says " I am the one who killed Derek." her tears fall more down her face " It is my fault that he no longer is alive. I killed him I am a murderer and i have to live with that thought in my mind." she says Serene's eyes turn dull as if though her spirit had broken, But that is exactly what happened. She had been torn and now she didn't know anything. She didn't understand anything and felt with no will to live. She was broken and the pain she felt was so unbearable. She wanted to die and knew she deserved this and more. He smiles as he sees this. He had accomplished his goal of breaking her. " Good" he walks and leaves her chained to the wall in the darkness. Serena looks down her tears falling on Derek's body. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry" she says once again before she drifted into unconsciousness.

" Of course Itari. She is very obedient. Not to mention she is broken and well tamed as well as well behaved." Ichigo said. "Yes Of course, you can pick her up this afternoon if you wish. Yes. Understood, i shall await your visit then?

Alright i shall see you soon then. yes i will prepare her for you" he says " yes, alright, yes, OK, goodbye." Ichigo stands and walks down toward the hallway and into the basement. He walks to Serena who at the moment was staring silently at Derek's lifeless body which was now being invaded by small insects. She didn't speak for a moment as she heard him approach her. He lifts her chin up and makes her stare into his cold eyes.

"Serena," he says. She looks at him "My dear you have served me oh so well my love, but you it's time for you to leave my presence." he leans down and kisses her lips gently savoring her taste in his mouth. Serena makes no movement to kiss him back nor does she acknowledge that he kissed her. He smiles and removing a knife from his sheath he cuts the rope that bonded her and she falls onto the ground. He kneels next to her again and smiles. He laughs " You shall no longer be a problem to me anymore from this day on. But i warn you, though you are soon to find out, your new master is worse than me." he kisses her lips once again and stands. " Clean yourself up Serena, you need to make a good appearance." with that said he walks away.Serene stands, she was broken. Her spirit crushed and torn to shreds. She she walked to her room limping slightly and walking in a slow movement as if though she were dead.

She makes it into her room and shuts the door. Her face smeared with dirt and dried tears as well as dried blood. She walks into the bathroom and stares at her reflection in the mirror.

She sees a streak of blood run down her cheek and she saw fresh tears fall down her face, which came involuntarily. She looked down, she couldn't stand to stare at her awful appearance. she slams her fist into the mirror making it shatter and making pieces cut and sink deep into her flesh. Fresh blood trailed down her arm but she did not bother to clean it.

After all what else did she have to live for? Nothing, she had nothing more to care for nothing to live for, she felt lifeless, and seemed to be hollow and have nothing inside of herself except hatred, which grew by each passing moment.

She undressed as the water filled the tub and stepped in it. she layed there sinking herself underneath the water. All she wanted to do was end this miserable unforgivable life she lived. The sooner the better it was for her. After laying underneath for awhile she let her breath go she struggles for a moment but closed her eyes as the water began to turn red from her blood.

Ichigo walks up to her room. She was taking quite along time to take a bath. he knocks n her bathroom door "Serene two-" he stops. He smelled the scent of iron in the air. "Serene!" he says kicking down the door. He sees her lying in the tub not moving. The water was now stained and completely the color of her own blood. he panics and picks her up wrapping her wound quickly as well as a towel around her body. he lays her on her bed and grabs her wrist. He unwraps it and begins to lick her wound. It begins to heal quickly.

he strokes her cheek "why Serene' he asks (author's note : very dumb of him to ask this question might i add but yea lol) He looks up and sensed Itari's presence. "he's here" he said. he quickly dressed her and picked her up. He walked downstairs where standing in the middle of the mansion was Itari. He looked tall and broad shouldered, his eyes the color of a gemstone green, his body was well structured and well built, his hair the color of a platinum color, his hands where long and artist, and his skin, his skin was the color of a caramel. Itari turns and looks at Ichigo hold her in his hands bridal style. Itari smiles " well this must be the girl" he says. Ichigo stroke sher cheek gently and moves a strand of her silver hair out of her face. "Yes" he says looking at Itari " This is Serene."

Ichigo looked at him " and i suppose that you would treat her any better than i have?" he asks. Itari looks at him his face completly still and serious " i would. Believe me i will definetly treat her better than you."



Ichigo could not help but laugh at this. "You aren't serious are you?" he looks at Itari.



Itari smiles " well i suppose now i shall be taking what i have come for," he says, avoiding his question completly. Ichigo growls underneath his breath and speaks, fury behind his voice, " Itari Ravens answer my



question before-" his worrds were interuppted by Itari. " I shall not repeat myself again Ichigo Rains," he glares at Ichigo " Hand me Serene and i shall be on my way." Ichigo could not take Serene back, he had given his word to Itari and as a



Demon he could not take it back. But as time passed on and Itari continued to criticize him he couldn't help but begin to regret his decision. "Whats wrong Ichigo? Don't tell me you have changed your mind? As a high Lord Demon you know that you



can not take back your word once you have given it" he says staring deeply into Ichigo's eyes. "Or is it that there is another reason to why you do not want to goive me serene?" he says.



Ichigo looks at Serene and then returns his gaze back to Itari. Itari's eyes widen as he begins to laugh " oh don't tell me" he says laughing harder " you have fallen in love with her." Itari stood and looked at him he could tell his words were getting



to Ichigo " How pathetic is this a demon attached to this girl who might i add is worth nothing to him?" Ichigo walks to Itari and places Serene down in his hands, his face flushed deep red with fury."How dare you accuse me a High class Demon Lord f loving a



wrethced being like her? I am not pathetic that i would stoop so low" he says and turns "Now take her Itari and leave here before i lose my control. You are no longer welcomed for the day" he says



Itari laughs and holds Serene in his hands."But of course oh great Lord Ichigo Rains i shall now leave your presence and never return" he says and disappears in a mist.



Ichigo turned around as he felt Itari leave. What had he done? He was so confused. He paced the floor trying to gather his thoughts. Why had Itari's words Urked him so? He continues pacing in a faster speed now.This was stupid... or was it? Could he truly have fallen inloce with her without knowing??



Itari appears in his mansion. He walks inside, up the stairs and into a guest room." I see my dear, so from what i heard your name is Serene." he places her down on the bed gently making sure that he did not wake her from her sleep. Seren's silver hair flowed gently down her back and around her as he placed her on the bed.



He strokes her cheek gently as he sighs. " So beautiful like a dowll" he says as she grabs her arm ot place it on her stomach. He feels the wound on her wrist which was still healing. he looks at her wound and one of his eyebrows raises."I Can see you tried to kill yourself" he whispered as he stroked her wound.



Serene could feel the touch of someone on her hand as she slept. She stirrs as memories cross her mind. "Derek" she whsipered her face turning to pain.



Itarii smiles " He has treated you bad hasen't he" he looks at her " you have been tortured haven't you?" he asks. "It's my fault, I killed him, its not his fault its mine ! i am th eone who murdered him" her tears fell gently down her cheeks. "Its alright my dear u shall make you forget the pain and sufferment you went through."



he stands and leans down next to her. His luscious lips hovered above her ear " Forget my dear, the pain you held, the orrow the nightmares that plague your mind. Forever let them lay hidden and locke din your heart and mind. So that they will neverbe remembered unless they are unlocked by me." he kisses her near her cheek and smiles as he sees her boody relax. "Sleep my dear and when you awaken, This world will be diffrent." Itari stands and walks away leaving Serene to sleep in dreams.



Chapter 4

Serene could hear those words being said through her sleep. They seeped in deep into her mind and as they did those memories she had began to be suppressed into the darkest corner she had. But now with all of her memories pressed back into her mind she didn’t know who she was. She was confused and so in her mind she asked who she was? But still with so many questions rising about her she couldn’t help but feel somewhat at ease. Serene turns to her side and sighs as she falls into a deeper sleep.



“Master Itari who is that girl,” asked Noah, one of Itari’s slaves. “She is the one that I have been searching for all these years,” Itari says. “No it is not possible, she is but a legend there is no possible way that she is alive,” replied Noah. “Itari gives Noah a look which told him to be cautious of his words.



“She is real Noah, she has been real throughout full life, but most, who are her don’t ever realize what ability and what importance they are to this universe” Itari looks at Noah. “Serene is the Legendary Priestess we have been searching for centuries.-“he pauses for a moment “I know that she is the priestess I can feel it within my soul” he says. “If you say so my Lord” Noah replied as he walked away.



Knowing Noah did not want to believe Itari smiles.” Please Noah prepare dinner,” he says. Noah nods “as you wish my Lord dinner will b e prepared.” He says and walks away.



Serene awakens in her room searching and questioning her where about. . The last thing she needed was to feel lost. She tries to sit up and immediately feels lightheaded. She breaths in trying to shake the feeling away and tries to stand. Her mind was foggy but she would have to deal with it until she found someone who could give her answers to her questions.



Itari enters the room as he sees Serene standing. “Well hello Serene,” he says. “Serene?” she looks at him questioningly and tries to walk but fails miserably. She falls onto the floor but Itari catches her before she fell. “Careful” he says “you haven’t gotten your full strength back” he says.



Serene Looks at him “who is this serene?” she asks. He looks at her. “Oh right you don’t have your memories. Your name is Serene and I am Itari your new master” he says. She began to tremble when he said he was her master. Itari notices and stands letting her sit on her bed. “Forgive me you must be frightened” he says closing the door behind him. He looks at her “My name is Itari” he bows “and you are at my home.”



Serene Looks at him a bit curiously he looked so familiar. She walks toward him and touches his face. He looks at her for a moment as she studies him. Serene blinks twice trying to figure out who this man standing in front of her was. He looked so similar to someone. Like someone who she knew. Her tears began to fall from her eyes as she wrapped her arms around him and hugged him.



Itari looked exactly like Derek the man whom she once loved. Though her memories were pressed back into her mind her subconscious remembered him clearly. He had everything her beloved Derek had. Itari was a man with ocean blue eyes broad shoulders, silver hair that fell across his face, he was tall about 6 ft or so, and his skin color was that of a sweet caramel.



Serene touches his face again and looks into his gentle eyes. “I’m sorry” she says not understanding where this was coming from. Itari smiles and touches her hand. He hadn’t been touched so affectionately since he was young. He felt her need and sorrow behind her touch. But still at the moment she had touched him he knew exactly what happened. He needed her. After all, he had been alone for as far as he could remember and had never had anyone “love” him.



He looks at her “It’s alright Serene” he says. He knew what he wanted; no he knew what he needed. And what he needed was Serene. He made up his mind. He was to make her fall in love with him.



Chapter 5



Ichigo Stares into the room where serene once use to sleep in. He walked inside her room and sat on her bed pondering on thoughts that seemed useless to ponder. He sighed; he had fallen in love with her after all “that’s it,” he thought aloud. He began to pace the floor “I know I have to get her back.” He walks out of her room and down the hall toward his chambers. He had to make plans to steal her back into his power and this would require much time.



Meanwhile:



Itari puts his hand on her face and looks at her eyes. He leans in and places a kiss on her lips. Serene blinked for a moment not sure of what was happening. After the kiss registered in her mind she blushed deeply. But still his kiss felt right on her lips. It felt soft, smooth, and something she wanted to keep for an eternity. His kiss was something she wanted to have for herself. She returns his kiss as she closes her eyes and gently returns his kiss with the same force and need as his.



“Master-,” he stops for a moment as he sees them busy. “Oh um...” Noah blushes and turns “I’m sorry to bother you master but dinner is ready.”



Itari pulls away from Serena’s kiss. “Thank you Noah we will be there shortly,” he says annoyance clearly written in his voice. Noah nods sensing this and begins to walk away “yes master,” he responds and closes the door. Serena’s face was flushed deep red.



“I’m sorry Serene, shall we be on our way?” He asks extending his hand to help her up. Serene nods “It’s . . . It’s alright,” she responds. She grabs his hand and stands. “Thank you,” she says smiling lightly. He smiles back. Serene had such a great personality; she was sweet and elegant in an odd way.



They begin to walk down toward the dining room. Noah set the table and brought out two of everything. He smiled at the thought of his master’s happiness. He heard Serena’s laugh and smiles. “Right, “he says to himself “time to go get dinner,” he says and walks into the kitchen.



“Please Serene sit,” Itari said as he pulled the chair back for her. Serene nods and takes a seat. “Thank you,” she says and smiles. Itari takes his place on the table and looks at Serene. She was beautiful, so fair, and so perfect. Yes that is the word he was searching for. She was that “Perfect”. He couldn’t help but admire her.



Noah brings in dinner and places it on the table,” Dinner is serves,” he says placing the food on the table. “Roast beef, mash potatoes, and for dessert some home made ice-cream.” Itari nods “Thank you Noah, but if you wish you can come ad join s for dinner,” Itari said. Noah shakes his head “Thank you master for the offer, but I must decline, I’m afraid I have other duties to attend to, but please go ahead and enjoy your meal.” He says serving them a glass of wine and walking away.



“As you wish Noah, I shall not stop you” Itari says smiling. Itari begins to serve her but Serene stops him “I’m sorry,” she says blushing “but I can serve myself.” He looks at her and smiles “please allow me to serve you” she says.



“Um... well alright,” she says. He smiles and continues serving her. She didn’t remember anything. Everything seemed like a dream something she would fantasize and never believe could be true. He knew this is what it was to her as well. But still, he did not want her to remember at least not for awhile.



He finishes serving her food and then went on to serve himself. He sighed and then smiled “let’s eat shall we Serene?” Serene nods “yes lets” she says. Serene ate in silence, lost in thoughts. Itari broke the silence. “What is it that you think about serene?” asked Itari from across the table. Serene looks at him and then at the ground. “I’m. . . I’m not certain of what I am thinking about exactly my mind seems to be wandering on its own,” she says.



Serene continues to look away “But for some reason master I can’t help but cry every time I look at you, you look ... So familiar” she says and begins to cry. “You remind me .. remind me so much of someone who I can’t seem to recall” she says and puts her head down on her hands. He stands and places a hand on her head. “I’m sorry I just can’t let you hurt anymore” he taps her head and she falls unconscious. “Ichigo what did you do to this girl?” he asks and sighs as he places her in her bed. “I must find out.” With that said he lays on her side and places his hand on her head. “Sorry Serene but I must invade your thoughts to see what it is that haunts you so deeply.



He places his hand on her head and seems the memories that lied deep in her mind. There is where he sees her awful memories.

CHAPTER ONE:



THE DARK ANGEL APPEARS







"The darkness seems to swallow those who have a heart full of spite", thought Rin. "yes it seems that mortals can only think of dark things even when there is light in their path". 'Of course unlike them demons and creatures of the night alike think and have more patience with the life that surrounds us" she says speaking to her beloved pet named Shadow(whom is a jaguar). "Of course they think that way madam", said Shadow through mind telepathy which of course was the only way in which Shadow and Night (Rin is also known as priestess Night for her mysterious ways in which she helps others) seemed to communicate. "after all they are only human and will always be human and think like humans unless of course they have a friend ,so to say, who thinks out of the box", said Shadow. "Yes your right Shadow", Rin says sighing "they are only human and therefore it isn't their fault that they are so ignorant to understand and appreciate what they have around them. Yet they seem to keep thinking that we are only, how can I put this, unreal, fictional, and folktale though in reality they are surrounded by demons, vampires, werewolf's, and all creatures of the sort whom they think are just supposedly fictional".





"But of course even you demons and creatures alike are ignorant to some things within this world" said a voice coming from above them. "Halt Shadow", she says stopping dead in her tracks "Whom goes there?" she asks. "Oh but my dear, you are the one who is in my territory therefore I am the one whom should be asking that question," he says in reply to rin's question. "So whom are u and what has brought you to my forest" he says jumping down from the tree above them and landing in front of Night. "I am not quite fond of giving out my name to strangers whom I just met" Rin says "But if u must know my name is Rin but I am known as Night. A pleasure to met you" she bows. "No the pleasure is all mine Ms. Rin and in return I shall give u my name , which I may add I am not so fond of giving strangers my name either, but since u gave me yours it is only right if I gave you mine. "he says smirking "my name is Eathen a pleasure to met you" he bows back. "Night your quite a beautiful demon, though you hide your adorable ears from the mortal world and the demon alike." he says pulling down the hood from her crimson red cloak "tell me why is it that you hide your beautiful black ears and your beautiful silver red hair?" he asks "are u ashamed of whom you are?" he looks at her.



Night blushes "No! Of course not. Why would I be ashamed of my half demon form." she covers her mouth quickly and looks away "forgive me I didn't mean to yell at you and please forget about what I just said about being a half demon" she says embarrassed that she has just revealed her darkest secret. (For those whom may not know Rin is half a demon though on the outer appearance she looks like a full demon and therefore she acts as if she is full demon so she won't make others know what she really is.) Eathen grabs her chin and tilts her head up so she is now looking him.



"I see you do have lovely eyes as well" he says staring into her eyes "they are crimson red just like the blood that flows within us all". "Rin you



mustn't let your feelings get out of hand," Shadow says intensely. "But Shadow I can't help it. Its as ..its as if though his eyes are hypnotizing me. They have such an intense look.", she says staring into Eathen's eyes. "shadow they remind me of when I use to be a slave in Alaska. How I would escape from my masters and go look at the glaciers in the water. I would always end up getting caught and beaten until I was no longer able to stand for running away. But I always thought it was worth it. Worth the beating just to have a few free moments to look at those beautiful icy blue glaciers in the water", she sighs. "No Rin he isn't human you must look away plz Rin before its to late", said shadow. But of course Rin didn't listen she just keep staring at those immense icy blue eyes of Eathen. "Yes my dear demon. My dear beautiful half demon, sleep now and rest for your eyes are weary and your body tired to even stand", he said saying that into Rins mind. "Wait! Your. Your-"before Rin could finish her sentence she fell into unconsciousness.



"Mission accomplished sir," Eathen said smiling as he was holding Rins limp body in his hands. "Good job Eathen return to your cabin we will soon be there for the demon." said a voice. "Yes Master Kyril", said Eathen as he hung the phone and disappeared deep within the forest and reappearing into his cabin with Rin in his arms leaving Shadow to wander the forest without his mistress at his side.





























CHAPTER TWO



A BLACK ROSE IS GIVEN







The night grew into day and finally Night awakened to only see that she was not at her home. "Hm..? Where am I?", she says rubbing her eyes to take the sleep out of them. "NO! why would I cheat on you Iris" said Eathen to his girl-friend Iris. "WHAT!!! Who the bloody hell said anything about cheating? ARE U TRYING TO TELL ME EATHEN THAT YOU ARE CHEATING ON ME???!!!", yelled iris at Eathen. "No, no, no of course not Iris why would I ever cheat on my beloved girlfriend? After all I have no reason to cheat on you (he silently adds and hopefully never will)," said Eathen smiling at her to reassure her that he is completely faithful to her. Iris looks away and sees Night sitting on the couch looking about the room. "WHO THE HELL IS THAT!!!?????," Iris points to Night. "Iris she's just a girl that I have brought home that's all she was the mission I as giving by master Kyril they will be here shortly to pick her up promise". he said hugging her and lifting her cheek ."I love you my darling," he says kissing her passionately as if though he had never before kissed her. She blushes but pushes him away angrily making him fall over the couch.





"Damn bastared" she says as she storms out of the room and slams the door behind her sending a wave of power through the house. Braking every single glass item within the house. Eathen sighs "Now what am I going to do. She thinks you (he points at Night) are my lover." "Well forgive me I didn't ask you to hypnotize me then put a spell on me and then kidnap me and bring me here." she says quite agitated and angry at him. "Well damn it, its not my fault that master Kyril is in love with you and wants-"he stopped quickly realizing that he had just given more information than he intended to. "What! Who the hell is Kyril and what the hell does he want with me" she asks looking at him. "I don't know what he wants with you but it must be very important and personal in order for him to send me to capture you," he answers. "HA! Personal with me? What the hell he couldn't handle me himself?" she asks still laughing. "No he couldn't. Plus you don't get fooled quite easily and that's why he sent me ." he silently adds "plus your way to strong for any other ninja to have handles you with out them either dieing and or have been beaten to the brink of death." Night laughs. "Now that is quite funny." Now don't be to dam modest of yourself," he says. "Okay okay fine if that is what u wish," she stands "I'll go and settle things with your "girlfriend" Iris and explain to her that I'm not interested in you and that you are not my lover and stuff like that" she smiles. "I'll be right back," Night walks out of the door and finds Iris sitting down on a near by tree. "Ms. Iris, can I speak to you?" she asked





"Hum why should I let you speak to me when you can speak with Eathen," she says angrily. "Plz forgive me, but you have it all wrong I am not Eathens lover. I really am just his mission for Master Kyril." she bows. "forgive me plz if I made you think and argue with Eathen believing that I was his girlfriend and/or lover. Now if u excuse me I must be heading back inside before he thinks that I have escaped. Once again I bow to you and ask you to plz forgive Eathen he really is faithful and very loyal as well to you. In reality I envy your love because I myself don't have a love at this moment." Night smiles and walks away. "No wait." Iris says jumping down the tree "forgive me but I do get a bit testy sometimes with him, though I do love him, sometimes I can't help but wonder whether he is cheating on me or not." "Yes I understand what u mean if I had a boyfriend like him I think I would feel the same way." Night turns and walks away into the house. "So how did it go did she believe you? Or did she just call you a bloody idiot?" asked Eathen. "I think she believed me," Night smiles "everything will be okay now I think, no scratch that I know it will be alright." Night walks past him and sits back on the couch. "Thank you I want to let you know I appreciate that very much," he says smiling "I would hug you but I'm afraid that Iris will get the wrong idea." "Eathen Kyril is here he is asking for you and his patience is running short," she says breathing heavily, "he said that he expected you to be out there awaiting his arrival," Night could see the fear in Iris's beautiful black-blue eyes. "Yes I know my dear," he sighs "I didn't expect him this quickly" he turns to Night" forgive me but I have to tie you up and well give u to him unconscious." "WHAT!!! Wait that's no fair I-"be fore she finished Eathen once again put a spell on her and tied her quickly as he ran outside with Rin's limp body in his hands.



"Master Kyril forgive me for not awaiting your arrival I wasn't expecting you this early Master but that is a mistake I will not commit again," he bows. "Yes you are forgiven. Now where is my demon?" he asks "forgive me Master she is here at my side" he hands Rin's limp body to Kyril. Kyril takes her body and examines her. "Wow I have heard so much about her but seeing her in person… she is very beautiful," he sighs and smiles at Eathen. "Good job my beloved servant for this your reward will be quite high." "Thank you Master Kyril I appreciate the praise that you have given me," he smiles bows and looks at his master in his eyes. "Now my dear servant you may pick one target and you may eliminate it at once or you can study your pray for awhile and then kill it but it doesn't matter to me but choose wisely." Eathen turns to Iris and smiles, "MY beloved Iris I shall allow you to choose the target as a gift from me to you," he smiles. "WHAT THE HELL DO U MEAN ALLOW?" she smacks Eathen on the head. "Oh forgive me I meant that you should choose the target instead of me." "Now hurry up will you I must get home quickly I do have other business to attend to besides sitting here and watching you to argue on whom will choose the target," he sighs "Hurry or I will forget about letting you choose a target." "Oh forgive me Kyril," Iris says " I have chosen my target and that target is to Night's beloved pet Shadow," she smirks. "Yet so you now have my permission to kill Shadow," he smiles "but if I were u I'd choose another target for you know Rin will come seeking revenge for her lost pet." "Hum me worry about her plz I have no reason to worry. She will not defeat me and that is a promise" her eyes turn dark blue and a blue flame begins to surround her body with hatred surrounding her. Eathen stares at her "My beloved I thought, you and her became friends." "HA! Me friends with a half breed" she laughs "NEVER!! IN MY LIFE WOULD I BE CRAZY ENOUGH TO BE FRIENS WITH AHALF DEMON WHEN I MYSELF AM FULL VAMPIRE!."



Eathen stares at her for a long moment. "My dare I would be very careful if I were u just because she is a hald demon does not mean that she is not strong," he sighs "I have confidence in you my dear that you very well strong because you are a vampire and I do not doubt that when you were human you were also very strong. But there is something about her that tells me she isn't just half-demon and I have a feeling that she knows that herself." "Well my beloved Eathen I have faith in my abilities and I know that I will kill her if the chance comes." she smiles "No half breed will ever defeat me and I will prove that soon enough by killing her beloved pet named Shadow" she walks away with those last words being said. Kyril looks at his lover that he has admired for so long and places a single black rose in Nights hair.

























CHAPTER THREE:



BETWEEN A MISSION OR A FRIEND









" I wonder where they are holding my mistress captive at" said Shadow worriedly. A sound suddenly comes from behind him. Shadow growls and turns carefully. "Yes it seems that her beloved pet is week but he is very sharp if he can sense something so quickly. A deer jumps out from the bush behind Shadow. "Hmmm I wonder," said Iris ever so silently so that Shadow would not be able to sense her presence or hear her voice. Shadow turns quickly and pounces on the deer killing it swiftly and cleanly spilling no blood on the ground. "Finally my chance to eliminate this pest" she says as a smirk appears on her beautiful pale colored face. Shadow began consuming the deer rapidly and cautiously taking his time and enjoying his meal. Shadow hadn't remembered when was the last time he had hunted so freely without Night telling him which areas were safe to hunt in. He seemed to smile as he remembered how careful and how much his mistress cared for him. He sighs "if only ..if only she was here by my side watching me and keeping me company."



Rin awakens in a beautiful crimson red room. The shutters closed and covered by heavy draped curtains. "Hum where have I ended up now?" she asks herself as she begins to stand and curiously look about the room studying every inch and aspect of it. But as soon as she began to study the room she was interrupted by the opening of her door. "My I see that you have awakened " a voice said behind her. Night turns and sees Kyril standing before her. " I see that the black dress that I have ordered for you sits you quite well." he says as he lifts her chin up and looks at her longingly. "Dress what dress?" Rin says as she looks at herself in the mirror and sees a black dress on her , her hair curled to perfection, and black crimson edged rose beautifully placed at the right of her hair and a crimson locket on her neck. "wow how beautiful and how elegent. But tell me whom are you and why am I dressed like this?" she asks looking at Kyril with her crimson red eyes staring at him back. Kyril smiles and leans closer to her placing a kiss on her lips. Rins eyes open widly with shock. "Wait no who-" her words once again cut off short as the encantation on the locket began to work as he placed that kiss on her. The necklas glowed and Rin closed her eyes as the locket began to be absorbed into her neck and now looked as if though it was drawn carefully on her. She closed her eyes and as she opened them again they became deep crimson as the blood that flowed within her body but deeper.



Kyril smiled as he saw that his encantation had worked perfectly. "Master I am at your will and at your command." Rin bows "Tell me master what is your orders for me" "Now now darling you are the princess of the darkness you do not bow nor call me your master I am your soon to be husband" he smiles as he realizes that once he has married Rin the encantation will become permanent. "Yes Kyril once we are married I will be yours for eternity and beyond." Rin smiles. "Come dear let's go into the dining hall where I shall announce our wedding and prepare for it" he smiles and kisses Rin on the cheek . They walk out of the room and beginn to walk into the dining hall. Kyril stops her a couple of feet away from the dining room. "My beloved Night tell me dio u love me?" "Of course I do my love why woudn't I?" "Tell me do u love me enough that you will do anything for me?" "Of course I do I will do anything for you Master Kyril." "Even kill someone if I asked you to?" "Yes Kyril I would. Tell me what do want me to do?" "I want you to kill Iris." Iris? May I ask why?" "I do not need to give you a reason just do it and if and only if your beloved Shadow is alive kill him as well with no hesitation understood?" "But Kyril I…I couldn't ever kill Shadow or I-" Her words were stopped by the kiss of Kyril. "Darling now what was that that you where saying?" Nights eyes grow darker. "I will eliminate them with no hesitation if that is what you wish." "Good now first we attend the dinner and then we shall plan the assasination. Understood?" "Yes I understand."

The Beginning







Darkness covers the land as she stands alone in the fields. The wind slowly passing by making the branches and bushes leafs sway to its rhythm. Athena smiles the wind soothed her and cooled her hot flesh as well. Her tears fell to the ground slowly, though she still smiled, as the whip lashed across her back once again. Athena felt the warm blood trail down her back. "One more" she heard the mocking voice say. She breathed in again and held it the whip lashed one more time across her back. Athena falls to the ground laying on her stomach the cool grass soothing her and easing the pain away. Alexander kneels next to her and smiles "Good girl no sound was made just like I asked you" he pats her gently on her back careful not to pat her on her wounds. She nods "but remember my dear it doesn't always have to be this way if you just listen to my demands" he says.



Athena stares at him. "I will never be tamed no matter what you do I am a free spirit not something to be tamed. I am no animal" she says but bites her tongue. Dam it she was really beginning to get annoyed at herself. Why couldn't she just take his criticism and shut up? He looks at her "careful my beloved slave don't let your mouth run away so easily remember I hold your life in my hands its up to you whether u want to live or not" he laughs "Oh and believe me Athena Danica Ravens you will be tamed" he leans closer now whispering in her ear "whether you want to be tamed or not even if I must use more force than I already am u shall be tamed." He says. Athena growls slightly this time biting herself in order not to speak back to him. She just nods "as you wish Master Alexander" she says. He smiles "good girl" he says and stands "once you are done recovering you will get back to work understood?" he says. Athena nods "oh and before I forget darling I want you to report to my room when u are done" she nods again obediently though she felt far from obeying him.



Alexander walks away, cracking the whip into the air once more. Athena flinches at the sound but tries to stand. She falls again. The cold dirt and grass underneath her felt so good on her skin. She laid there thinking the scent of her blood thick in the wind. The wind passes making her wounds sting a bit as the cold rain began to fall. She shivers and sucks in her breath sharply as the rain pounded on her wounds. She, gathering all of her strength, sits up and stands. She tries to walk but falls to her knees. She closes her eyes as she feels the pain traveling up her body. The rain felt as if though it were a dagger continuously slicing her skin open repeatedly where the wounds were. She takes in a deep breath and pushes away the pain. Standing once again she walks ignoring the pain that was now beginning to numb.



She continues to walk the wind beginning to pick up. Her breath shallow now she feels nothing for her body has gone completely numb from the abuse it was receiving. She walks into the house her clothing now completely soaked from the rain. As she continued to walk drops of water ran across the ground. Drip . . . . . drip. ... Drip... was all that was heard as she walked upstairs the silence in the house seemed completely out of place. She opening the door to her room begins to undress, removing her clothing and changing into something clean and dry mindful of her wounds. The smooth touch of fabricate over her skin made her flinch a bit. She shivers. Placing her hair up she grabs her cleaning supplies and begins to clean the house.



Quietly she finishes after what seemed to be hours. She walks back upstairs her body tired with both mental and physical fatigue. Athena remembers Alexander asking her to go by his room but she hesitated at the stairs. He had never before asked her to go into his room after she had done her chores before why all of a sudden was he asking her to do such a thing?? All of a sudden for an instant she felt a cold chill pass by her spine. Something was not right. Carefully and quietly she walks up to his room. Hopefully she would not regret this.



Alexander, who at the moment was sitting at his desk his lights dim making his room almost seem completely dark, hears the knock at his door. "Come in" he says knowing it was Athena. Athena walks in. "You asked for me after I had finished my chores Master Alexander?" she asks. Alexander nods "Come in Athena" he says his eyes which naturally where a midnight blue seemed to have a flare of red added to them. Athena notices this but pretending to act normal she steps in leaving the door open behind her. "Please Athena close the door I have a certain matter I wish to discuss with you" he says. Athena nods and closes the door leaving it but a fraction of an inch open. "All the way' he says she closes the door completely obeying his orders. "Come Athena have –"before he finished his sentence the light turns off and a cold wind spreads through the room.



Athena shivers slightly and steps back trying to find the door. A cold laughter is heard deep and diabolical "ATHENA MY DEAR AS I SAID BEFORE I SHALL TAME YOU AND TONIGHT YOU HAVE THE SPECIAL PRIVALEGE OF BECOMING WHAT I AM." he laughs.







Athena begins to shake. Fear was quickly traveling through her mind making her thoughts impossible to organize. Alexander looks at her his eyes now glowing a crimson red. He leans closer to her pushing her back more and more into the wall. Athena's senses where screaming at her move….. move…… move…… but her body seemed to be paralyzed. Alexander laughs a slight laugh that was or seemed to be harmless he leans in pushing her body onto the wall his arm above her head and his breath warm at her neck. He licks the vain on her neck. He smiles slowly saying in her mind "don't worry it won't hurt I promise I will numb your senses that way you will not feel a thing" he says his fangs coming down from his gums, the slick sound could be heard as they penetrated his gums. He licked his lips and leaned closer his lips now on her neck as he sinks his teeth in.



Athena flinches at the feeling of his fangs piercing into her skin. She closes her eyes. "why?" she asks " I don't want to be what you are" she says "I don't-" her body becomes limp as he begins to drink her blood. Alexander wraps his arms around her waist steadying her so she would not fall onto the ground. "How could this be possible" she thought to herself as her mind floated in the darkness. "I don't want to become what he is I refuse it but I can't move how how am I to set myself free?" she asks. "Well my dear that is simple" said a voice that sounded like her but had hate and coldness behind it. "who are you?" she asks. Dana laughs ":I am you but yet I am not you. In other words I am you your other you the one you have rejected and locked away." She says "My name is Dana ". Athena looks around "Dana?" she asks Dana nods "yes my name is Dana is there a problem with that?" she asks. Athena shakes her head "um no not all there is no problem here" she says



Dana smiles "Good. Now as you were saying about you needing a way to get out of this I might be able to help but of course at a price" she says. Athena stares into the darkness "what's the deal?" she asks. Dana smiles "I tell you what . . . . um I'll switch with you and get this bastard off of us now and give you the details on my terms and conditions later ok?" she asks. Athena sighs "But-" a figure appears in front of her. A girl who looked the same her hair a different color though looked straight into her eyes. "Pleasure Hun I'm Dana" she says smiling. Athena stands quickly and bows "pleasure Ms. Dana my name is Athena" "Yes yes I already know after all I am your other half I know everything about you such as you are a dimwitted idiotic half minded girl"



Athena looks at her "I beg your pardon I am not dimwitted nor am I idiotic or any of the things you called me" she said. Danica laughs "oh my dear trust me you are definitely what I said you where now switch with me unless you want this Alexander person to kill us here and now" she says "we can discuss our differences later"



Athena nods "ok deal but we discuss the little deal you proposed to me earlier" she says. Dana nods "deal." Dana reaches to Athena as Athena takes her hand and places it in hers kissing her on her cheek she switches sides. Quickly and with full force she pushes Alexander off of her. He falls back onto the ground. Dana holds her neck she had forgotten he was drinking and and ended up hurting her self. It was ok she would heal right now she just had to take care of him and that was all
