We all know some people that tend to live beyond their means. It is easy to get caught up in wanting something you really do not need or in the long run cannot maybe afford. It is a "want" not a necessity. Most of us will go with common sense and realize the bottom line. Others....ugh! My sister and her husband have been married for like 18 years. In that time he has worked at like 20-30 different jobs, he paints for body shops. She has been at the same job for over 25 years, multi-concept restaurant on the toll road. He is currently bitching about his current job on fb, which is a cue he will be unemployed or changing jobs, again! The toll road is closing the restaurant in either April or August. My sister has not started looking for another job at this time. Her hubby is pretty stoked about a 2007 Denali that is LOADED for sale on craigslist, by a mechanic, for $20K. Another family member that does not know the depths of the situation has piped in and her concerns were shot down. I so want to get involved but I do not want to hurt my sister, even if she may in her mind agree with me. Her husband has made them fall on hard times in the past because of his job changing and now hers is nearing the end as well. He posts about it like a kid talking about his first bike. I am truly torn.
