Vampirism,that is the practice of being a vampire with Vampiric traits is nothing new
It has been practiced since very old times,the only difference is now most individuals don't hide the fact that they are vampiric,but long ago in old historical times almost all who practiced the forms of vampirism hid it,that is to say they practiced it and lived it in a very secretive way
Times are changing and their acceptance in modern day society to has widely changed,people now days find the lifestyle and those who are vampiric pleasing to both the eyes and senses
Of course still certain aspects of vampirism is considered to be taboo your not going to be staked or burnt with fire,most will just consider you different and perhaps even a bit acentric in your ways
I find that even in modern day times it is important to keep some secrecy to what you personally do and practice as to not draw the masses of attention towards you,especially in small towns
Vampirism is a very unique and personal practice and i can almost guarantee you that no two are exactly the same in their vampiric beliefs and practices
Living day to day life as a vampire can be uneasing for some especially those who are new to being vampiric,but for others who are more accustomed to it,it can be quite enjoyable and pleasing in every way possible
Vampires when first turned go through a transformation process which at times is confusing,the transformation process to me is much like being born again with different habits
The awakening process of finding your true vampiric self can be a hard path alone and it is very important to befriend others who are more experienced so that you can be helped and guided along the way so that your path does not create destruction and chaos amongst yourself as well as amongst your family,friends and especially loved ones
Development of vampiric traits and abilities and of course morals is very important and is a long and slow process but in time you will find your true vampiric nature and be more acceptable of yourself
Vampires have special needs and desires that most others do not and it is very important to learn how to control these and to fulfill these special needs and desires moderately without over indulging ones self
