They say beauty is only skin deep. That's true. Don't let yourself be fooled for one moment in thinking you need to be Tyra Banks or Giselle Bundchen to be beautiful. Cause that is a lie.

I am beautiful... I am sexy.... I am everything you always said I wasn't....

I am smart... I am sophicated... I am mental.... I am everything you said I was....

Except for one thing...

I am not a failure

I am by no means skinny.

Nor am I blonde (Well... naturally I am).

I don't like dieting.

I sing in the shower.

In fact... I sing everywhere.

I act like a total mongoloid even though I am smart.

I am curvy... and like it that way.

I don't care about popularity.

Sometimes I forget to shave my legs and it turns into the amazon.

I like makeup but I don't cake my poor face in millions of layers of foundation (Hello that causes pimples!).

I'm not punk, emo, goth, preppy, sporty or what ever other stereotypes people like to call me.

Like it?

Hate it?

Doesn't bother me.

Let us ask ourselves.

What is beauty?

Hmm... tough question.

Is beauty the girl who looks beautiful with no makeup on?

Is beauty the boy who can wear female clothes and still look stunning?

Is beauty the girl who may be curvy and may be beautiful even when she cries?

Is beauty the people who are goth and wear dark clothes and makeup and still look gorgeous?

Is beauty the things around us? Like... nature and music and simple things like the sky?

Yes. Yes it is.

Truth

Nothing is better than honesty. Why do people lie? Ok so everybody does it. But I mean big lies. Like my mum will ask if I'm been sticking to my diet... and let's just say I love bread, chocolate and pasta too much.

But why would you say you love someone when you don't? Or why would you tell people things that aren't true?

Beauty

Beauty. So many meanings. Inside beauty. Outside beauty. Physical beauty. Emotional beauty. Mental beauty. Everything is beautiful in it's own way.

Freedom

Everyone is entitled to freedom. No one should ever be held against their will or be forced to do things they don't want to. That's not what life is about. Power is not the right thing in life to want.

Troops and soldiers are off right now, dying and getting injured, just to fight for our rights. And yet, everybody takes them for granted.

Love

Love. One of the most precious things in life. Makes us feel on top of the world but at the same time can destroy us. Kind of like fire in a way. If you're not careful, you'll get hurt.

I still don't know bout the saying 'It's better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all.'.

I was lucky enough to experience love at a young age in life. It wasn't puppy love either. And it's thanks to that person that I'm scared of love now.
