i dont go outside anymore. the light burns and the shadows start sliding across the pavement like theyre following whoever walks past my window. they wait till im not looking then they move. i know they do. most days i stay in my room with the lights off. its quieter that way. except the voices arent quiet. they whisper right behind my left ear, soft and wet, telling me what people are really thinking when they type nice things. they know names. they know yours too probably. if i message you back it might take hours. sometimes the voices say dont reply, sometimes they make me type stuff i dont remember writing later. i dont have friends irl anymore. just the shapes in the corners and the screen. message me if you want.
but dont expect normal.
