A little about me
The name I go by is Alexia and I live in a suburb just north of Chicago. I am 5'2" with red hair and hazel eyes. My day job is in an office staring at a computer, I also work part-time in a
restaurant for supplemental cash, as well as attending school; needless to say I have very little time for myself.
What I enjoy
I love reading and have several authors I enjoy reading, currently reading Laurell K. Hamilton, Iris Johansen, J.K. Rowling, and Stephanie Meyer. Older Anne Rice novels are always classics
including her Beauty series, which are among my favorite books of all time.
Some of my other hobbies include ice skating, writing (dirty dirty stories), crocheting, and traveling. Of all of the places I have traveled so far, my favorite cities would have to be San Francisco, San Diego and Seattle. In my travels outside of
the country, I spent time in Hell (Grand Caymans) which was not nearly as hot as I imagined.
Music is one of the few things that brings me peace, as my life can be very stressful. I have a very eclectic taste in music and not really genre specific, some of the artists on my iPod currently are: Adema, Coldplay, the Crüxshadows,
Death Cab for Cutie, the Doors, Evanescence, Heavens Have Strayed (friend’s band), Incubus, Korn, Led Zeppelin, Linkin Park, Phish, Pink Floyd, the Raconteurs, Radiohead, Rasputina, Switchblade Symphony, Voltaire... I guess I
could go on forever, but those are what I listen to regularly.

Sweetleaf who I have known my entire life and is like a sister to me. She has two beautiful daughters (one 13 and the other 4). We are currently designing a tattoo that we are both planning on getting (this one will be on my chest above
my heart).
Raven who I met in high school and is my partner in crime for most of crazy things we do (much to the dismay of her boyfriend). We once drove eight hours to Michigan and back to get our books signed by Laurell K. Hamilton. She is
also the one who showed me that reading is more than just a school assignment by opening my eyes to the wonderful world of erotica (first with The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty then with The Story of O)!!
Skittles is my bright ray of sunshine and the only one among my friends that is a morning person (I just do not get it). She is also our girly girl whom we can always count on for an honest opinion on what we are wearing (I have no fashion
sense, if it was up to me everything would be black and purple).

A phoenix on the left side of my back for my brother:
A purple rose above my right ankle:
This is one of the next tattoos I am planning on getting in the middle of my back (the Crüxshadow's symbol):
