Im here to explain the basics on Soul Eaters. They are much like "Hollows" from Bleach. They wear skull like masks and have a non-human body. Also remember what a Soul Eater is. They were once beings (vampire/lycan/etc.) whose souls were consumed by negative emotions. Thats why they have a hollowed out part on their body and why they eat souls.
Now they're are "normal" Soul Eaters and then there are a Group called Menos Grande. Menos are seperated into 3 classes:
1. Gillian - Extremely large, tall as a sky scraper with hardly no intelligence and are the weakest of the Menos. They all look the same when it comes to appearence. They are basically foot soldiers.
2. Adjuches - They are smaller than the Gillian, however, with more power and intelligence. They can think for themselves and control/rule over the Gillians.
3. Vasto Lorde - These are the strongest of the Menos. They are the size of a human being and control all Soul Eaters. Vasto Lorde in basics, are Soul Eaters who have gained the form and powers of a Mancer.
With Mancers there is a cousin/second class known as Vizard. These group of individuals have made contracts with their respectful Demi-Devils (who so happen to be Adjuches/Vasto Lorde Class Soul Eaters known as Elementalists). They can put on the mask of their respectful Demi-Devil to gain anything and everything that they need.
