when I was younger I use to be a heavier person, however, now I am no longer that person. I have changed myself for the better, this change came at great cost to myself and great discipline to keep to my goals, and I will never go back! I was two hundred ninety five pounds! Now I am still loosing and am at one hundred ninety eight pounds, and it keeps on coming off! Yea me!
