Welcome to my little corner of happiness. There's a big fire burning where you can warm yourselves or settle into one of the giant chairs with a book. I've got all the snacks you could ever hope to want. Help yourselves. You're family here. This is your home. Make yourselves comfortable. That being said, there are a few rules to help us all get along a bit better.

These are pretty standard rules to live by whether you're a Puff or not. The first especially applies. I won't abide by nastiness. Take it somewhere else. Life is too short to be angry and rude all the time. Enjoy the time you have because it won't be long before it's flown by and you'll be wondering if you really needed to get that last jab in or if you could have used that time a bit more wisely and lovingly.

I try to embody these traits every day in real life. When you become my friend it's what you can expect from me at all times. That's not to say that I don't have my bad days.... I'm not going to pretend that I'm perfect or that I'm not mean sometimes. I won't sit here and tell you that I'm always on point. I'm not. Everyone slips up. But it's what you do afterward that defines who you really are. Do you keep messing up and apologize over and over, sounding like a broken record? Or do you change and grow? Do you take criticism with a grain of salt and a smile and use it to help you improve?

I am an extremely physically affectionate person. I grew up in the deep south where hugs are handshakes and personal space just isn't a thing. Everyone knows your business and you'll have complete strangers offering you advice. It got pretty annoying, not going to lie... but there were some good parts about it that I kept.
All my friends and I cuddle. I usually end up being used as the community pillow. Anyone that has a bad day usually ends up at my house. *I have all the good snacks, remember? ;) * You can always count on me for comfort and a sympathetic ear. I'm no good at advice though so try not to ask me for that. I sometimes don't get other peoples' emotions so while I may be sympathetic, the only thing I know how to do in that moment is smile, nod, and say "Bless your heart."
It's not uncommon for me to call people honey, darlin, dear, sweetness, sweetheart, sug, or sugar cube. THIS IS NOT FLIRTING. I can't stress that enough. This is just me being me. I am trying not to do it so much so bare with me. If you don't like it, correct me kindly and I'll make a better effort.

I'm not afraid of work. Factory jobs are my go to. I'm big and pretty strong so heavy lifting doesn't bother me. I've finally gotten a job that allows me to relax a bit though. It's nice. Anywho, I'm usually the "go-to girl", meaning if there's an issue with scheduling or someone calls off, I'm the first you can call and I'll be there barring some major incident. That goes for pretty much everything in my life. Need a patio done? Call Fluffy. Need a sitter for your kids, pets, house? Call Fluffy. Need help moving your entire upstairs apartment in a day? Call Fluffy. Any time. Any day. I'm there.

A few facts about me an my home life:
I live with my boyfriend and my daughter in Louisville, KY.
My Golden Retriever is like another child to me.
My hobbies vary but I mostly knit/crochet, read, and ride horses in my spare time.
I work as a security guard and also drive for Uber.
People say I look intimidating at first so I try to always smile so that I'm more approachable.
I have very few friends because I prefer quality over quantity.
Botanical gardens are some of my favorite places to visit.
I also like caves and caverns.
My favorite season is Fall because *sweater season!* without all the allergies.
The quickest way to my heart is with food.
Mint chocolate anything is the best. Fight me.
I love to learn but feel I'm not smart enough to finish college.
My dream is to someday own my own grooming salon.
YouTube is my best friend. I love to try new crafts that I find.

I'll update this as I go along. Please don't be afraid to give me hints/tips on improving this. I'd appreciate the help and your candor. ^_^
