I really like birds.
I am going to keep this relatively short. I have made many, many profiles over the years. I am 20-odd years old. I am in love. I live in a land that is regularly burned and drowned, parched and starving.
I love salt-water on chapped lips. I love sea-air, whipping my hair at my face, salty, stinging. Wild winds and crashing, breaking, churning-grey waves.
I would absolutely love to experience the crisp air and icy waters of a fjord, snow on a mountaintop and simmering geysers. I would love to spend months in Iceland, Greenland or Norway, exploring the rugged landscape with my sweetheart.
I like reading in half-light, while it's raining. I love the sound and smell of the rain, the patterns it creates on my bedroom walls, the chill breeze that permits a blanket even in summer, the hush the falls on the world. It's soothing, soothing somewhere deep down inside, where you didn't realise there was anything to soothe.
