i am getting back into weights though so far i go the gym 1 a week that will change to five times a week and five meals and nine snacks. so i can build my body up more then befor. i like it when people comment me on how well i am doing. Sso far i can only dead lift 200 kg chest press 60kg and row 200meters in 40 secs i want that to change and soon so i need to stay focused on my goals.
