The shadow appears in countless forms and complex layers, ready to seep into reality like ink dissolving in water. However, my shadow has an unsettling presence, filled with ominous warnings of impending "Oh hell no" moments that send chills down my spine. Each warning resonates like distant thunder, suggesting the chaos lurking just beyond the edge of perception. I am that shadow, lurking, observing, and yearning to emerge.

A bit of enlightenment:

- Old: Ya, hair gets grey, black, brown, pissed, stubborn, unmanageable. The body is screaming for sleep 24/7, but the brain is on full speed ahead. Got to love Old.

- Boundaries: I keep running and jumping walls, and people keep throwing me back in.

- Clear communication: Does it begin with "Once upon a time, with a one-night stand?"

Music is a beautiful art form that captures Love, passion, and what it means to be human.
