Our Deluxe Storm jumpsuit zips up the back and is made of a double knit polyester material. The jumpsuit has a printed yellow design on the front and vinyl boot tops. The cape has a yellow fabric trim and foam shoulder pads. The cape attaches to the jumpsuit with Velcro. Two plastic “X” buttons can then velcro to the shoulder pads to add the finishing touch. A foam belt with a yellow fabric exterior is included. This is an officially licensed costume.
