These are a must-have for Halloween. Serve them with dinner or a trick-or-treat snack. Just don't tell the kids that they're really roasted pumpkin seeds.
INGREDIENTS:
Vampires Fingernails, 150g raw (washed pumpkin seeds from your carved out pumpkin)
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F / gas mark 4.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly in a roasting tray and bake, stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted.
