Nicola, a young man becomes involved with a cursed, forest-dwelling peasant family that is infected with vampirism. This film is an extended version of Tolstoy’s ‘The Wurdalak’. Zombies, vampires, witches and cadavers along with explicit gore scenes, nudity and atmosphere make this one a favorite and highly recommended film among Euro horror enthusiasts.
