When Fred wins the big prize on "Make A Deal or Don't" game show, he and Wilma plan a vacation with Barney and Betty to Count Rockula's spooky castle in Rocksylvania where they encounter Rockula and Frankenstone, who have both awaken from a 500-year sleep. Rockula falls in love with Wilma and it's a game of hide-and-seek as the Count and Frakenstone try to catch Fred, Wilma, Barney and Betty.
Count Rockula: a campy and not-so-bloodthirsty vampire with a lust for women and a fear for werewolves, prompting him to build a Frankenstone monster to keep them away.
Frankenstone: Count Rockula's half-finished creation with a scratchy voice and brain of a dumb idiot. His only mission in life: to carry out Rockula's orders.
