Fallen angels we...perhaps..even damned you wrote..
Is this the price we pay for what we are..
Have we fallen from grace..
have I fallen or has there never been grace in my life.
Have I damned and cursed everything that held that beautiful pureness of heart.
But to have fallen one must first have been an angel or divine being..
Not so for me, no angel nor mortal sheds tears for me.
None weep at my passing nor mourn my loss.
Nobody waits for me in some tall field of heather
None hear me cry,or hear my screams..
only the night holds me close now.
And so you asked are we damned...
I don't know the answer to that question,
but in my case,..perhaps I always was...
