what is the vampire database and how do I add to it?

I was looking through the top and seen that I've made no entries to the vampire database and left no comments on it, but I can't find where it is to do anything about it.
HELP ME PLEASE!

The vampire database is that box right under the main menu.All you do is click on say books and start to rate.

Thanks radu, it must just take a while to update. I tried that but when I checked my status it still said I'd made 0 entries. I'll keep trying and see what happens.
