recent story from eastern europe....
a supposed 'qualified' 'witch' of the order of the red dragon was captured after police in Odessa, Ukraine, just by the coast of the black sea, raided her mansion to find 7, yes seven, young teenage street kids bound and kept barely alive for months, whilst she drained the blood for feeding and stored of dozens of packets in a fridge, which she then used in dark magic and 'voodoo' (?) rituals...
it still surprises me when stories such as these come to light and it only further damages my hopes for the future of mankind...and our kind....
I mean, its reaching the point where the myths and legends of vamps are being recreated by individuals and then recorded in history, so that in 100 or 200 years time, people are going to look back and think, yes, vampires did exist, as they were in genuine news reports...
...where do these weirdos come from?
is vampire literature corrupting the minds of the gullable, the impressionable or the truly insane?
or is it that the 'masquerade' is really being flaunted by ever more bold practitioners and we are truly in the end of times?
...do you know a vamp in your area? then call 1-800 SUCKERS now!

i'll make that call.....something bit me....and then flew off into the night....
I'm not sure its a good idea to tell them you got bitten though...the may lock you up and try 'experiments' on you...
This type of occurance is nothing new. It has happened in the past. Elizabeth Bathory is a perfect example. Some people are just sick, insane, or both. It's bound to come out in some fashion. The reason it gets recorded in history books is because it's sensational. A couple of people quietly feeding off each other in private just isn't that interesting.
...true enough, the (relatively) recent crazy goings on in norway and germany got a lot of press...but this is one of the worst and I wonder whether it is an effect of media popularisation, rather than a genuine neccesity or belief which these people hold to vampirism?
is there such a 'glorification' of the status now that even children will begin to associate them with 'cool' and actually want to become one?
...perhaps this is a bit of reverse social psychology instigated by THEM...(whomever THEY are, which I don't know)
evidence? you mean you dont believe hearsay? ;)
I check it out...

...sick as fk...
Interesting, but its not said that she drank the blood, she used it for "magic".
So there is no need to look back on her, in the future, as a vampire.
What interests me more would be how far her muscle atrophy has proceeded, and if she tried to use "magic" to heal herself.
Or what rituals she was making. What was she trying to do?
Or what made her think that this could actually work.
hey SickBag,
it was on different report that said she drank it, sorry, I used the first report I found for BloodThirst....but I agree, she is not a vampire, but with common misconceptions, would probably be lumped into the same generalised category...sad...
he he well most liturature can be twisted into ones own belief.I can't remember the name of the movie but the stupid ass jocks layed in the street while speeding car went past.Hmmm well it was a closed set and those were stunt drivers but suddenly many stupid people decided that that was how they would show they were "tough".So in a nutshell people see and believe what they want and until it conflicts with the general census
Yeah you are very right. I wonder what all the different people in the future will think of us..
