Can friends become lovers and if so do you think it would last?

Sometimes maybe for me we cant be friends .I would rather we be new to each other kinda explore the new .Friends know to much about each other . Someone you dont know is more fun

i have had a few friends become lovers and even when that part of the relationship was over, the friendship stayed just as strong.
but that's just me.

I have a few friends who became lovers with me over the years...and we are still great friends years later....the lovers thing was just a temporary cure for lonliness....
but you have top be very upfront about that being the case...if one of the ppl get too emotionally attached..thats where you get problems from.....and then the best of friends acn become the bitterest of enemies...

Friends can become lovers, i am sure of it...WHY NOT?
It has more chance to work out,`cos the fact is that you know echother already and also know what you can expect.
And it is not uncomon that you put two friends of the opposite sex in the same room with a large amount of alcohol... they probably wont get out as friends...:)

Friends can become lovers but depending how strong the friendship is (or was) it can make or break them.

I had a friend who turned into a lover. It went sour after only 6 months and we never spoke to each other again.

On the other hand, I had a BEST friend who turned into a lover. We stopped fucking around after 2 months on a count we didn't wanna screw up the friendship. And till this day, 7 years! He's still my best friend.
