There is lot of different meanings and history about demons and fallen angels, that have supposed of committed sins to god, which said in book of the Genesis, what is the true meaning of a demon and a fallen angel? are they lost souls?

personally i dont believe in angels, fallen or raised......

i think if they are anything its remnate spirits of humans....maybe that have power from grouping together...idk i might be talking out my @ss

One of my friends studies Angels/Demons all the time, but I myself know almost nothing about them. What I have learned on the topic, I feel they are one and the same. Demons/Angels are more then just spirits in my view point. Fallen, could be. But it's a topic I have never really paid alot of attention to.

Fallen spirits are that ones have been removed from their position for rebelling against what their purposes are.

Demons, have been refered to as gods acting out of terms, embodiments of raw energy/emotion, made of bugs, decay, pestilence and plague. Fallen spirits can be referred to as demons.

I have always thought that demons were of a higher power than regular human spirits, and that fallen angels were basically demons that used to be angels. Kind of confusing but it is what I have always thought.

All I heard is that they are angry spirits that have commited sins to god and have no memery of their former lifes. They could be lost souls left behind on Earth. Because some people have reported poltergeist activity in there homes and I was wandering if these spirits are demons.

i'm thinking about getting a career in religion, and checking out demonology... i'll check back here when i figure that out myself. ^_^

As far as I understand it, demons are negative entities that have never been associated with God. Fallen Angels are Angels that turned against God and were cast out of Heaven.

They are perhaps the ultimate symbols of a total meltdown/fall from grace. Lucifer was the fairest of all angels but he flew a little to close to God's firery rath. All of your Greek and Shakesperian tragedy have a fall from high position as a central theme.

Thanks for your information, its just I read something about the book of the Genesis and I have always wandered about what demons really were, I am intrested in Mythology.

To the greeks, through tragedy is when the shining light of the soul truly comes through. We find out greatest selves through over coming our deepest sorrows.

The angels that fall are the reflections of this.

Demons are those who lose themselves in the chaos of emotion.

So it could be a angel being punished by God, a falling angel could be a angel that fell from heaven.

some say that satan was gods first son..and he tried to take over so was sent to hell...he was and angel that fell from grace..so there are fallen angels.

Fallen angels are demons, Satan was one of Gods most beautifull angels he got to where he was more important then God and then abanded , That is what hey mean by fallen angels.

yes, satan was a god's most beautiful angel, but he got to where he didn't obey god, and he was cast out, so yes there are fallen angels. There are many types of angels, and they are very real.

I agree I like vampires, but this forum is for anything Gothic, paranormal, spiritual, supernatural, because demons, werewolfs and vampires are all supernatural beings.

Vampire rave is what the sites called, I just dont think that theology should be brought up in it .Vampires and warewolfs are simular they both roam the night and exist at night, But the vampires can only exist at night , The people who are cursed with the warewolf change only the full moon. Some warwolfs can change at will.

Fallen angel is one that fell from God's 'good graces" and cast out of heaven. Satan was God's favorite angel,but became jealous of humans free spirit(the soul).and was cast out to hell.
