CONE OF POWER

Energy in a spell or ritual is what brings your will. It is energy and effort behind the outcome which achieves this. Through visualization, focus, energy-raising, chanting (and so on) you are able to build enough energy to affect the physical world. If you can astral project you will know this energy. This energy is what makes this occur. However, in a spell/ritual one must focus their energy to achieve the desired affect. This can be done by this methods.

The cone of power is a cone of energy which is raised within a circle by witches. Physical movement such as dancing will achieve this. Tradition dictates that one should dance deosil for spells of increase or attraction, and widdershins for dcreasing or banishing spells. Start steadily and gradually increase until you feel the energy building up. Then, while concentrating on the goal, release the energy to where it is needed.

Other methods of raising power in this manner include drumming, chanting, visualising and so on.

A High Priestess invited me to her Grandson's becoming a Pagan. The power that was raised by drumming was remarkable. I wanted to keep it within myself. That is why after a ceremony or gathering of a sabbath or Esbath. That is why food is offered at the end of raising energy to bring the energy down. I have raised energy by having a group of people just meditate together. We can all raise our energy. By singing, chanting, being among a group of positive people who brings the highest and best energy.

my answer is:

if everyone isn't on the same wave length, focusing or grounded properly they interfere... if everyone is on the same wave then it works perfect

doubting is a major issue as well

I use the cone of power when doing spells. I am a solitary practitioner, and this can be done by ones self. It takes a lot of concentration until you get good at it. The power comes from within. It is very important to do, because not only does it protect you, it enhances the task at hand.
