I don't believe that we can see the future simply because the future is not a definite, I can't deny the fact that people have premonitions since I've had them myself. I think that we are seeing what will happen if things continue as they are, you could say that we are seeing the potential future.

A friend of mine once suggested to me that there is a universal knowledge pool created by a connection he said exists between all living things. I believe that there may possibly be a universal knowledge pool but I don't think it is caused by a universal connection, I don't think that we consciously have access to it either.

What are your opinions on premonitions? Do you think such a connection exists and that it creates a universal knowledge pool? Do you think there even is a universal knowledge pool? How do think that affects us? Do you think that premonitions come from our subconscious having access to that knowledge pool and seeing definite connections? Any relevant thoughts welcome.

Humans vie wthe world in 4 dimensions. x, y, and z give us the perception of the world and time in the 4th dimension that we percieve. Most people believe that time is linear. One theory about time is that it is not linear. just as space has 3 dimensions, time could possibly have more than two dimensions. If that is the case, then if you can expand your perception you could view time from another angle which could show you the past or the future. This ties into string theory. String theory is some deep stuff but it could explain a lot about the universe. I don;t know if string theory is correct or not because it is still in it's infancy but it is definitly something to keep an eye on.

A subject like this could go on for hours in my presence, but I will try not to ramble on.

I do believe there to be a Universal connection, not with all living creatures together, but with the Universe as a parrallel between living creatures. Call it a "string theory", or what you will. The Universe has us all living within one state, no matter which dimension from x to z the individual comes from.

The connection would be the energies, both the white and dark matter of the Universe. That which we percieve as space and time are within these energy strands. Such is what makes the dimensions so unique.

The connection would come from the placements of this energy, a vortex if you will may exist within certain parts of the Universe to create a sort of polarity if you will, much like the earths axis and the equator line. These vortex's harness and hold a bit of this Universal energy that is a very natural...Or so it is percieved, energy. Our aura, or spiritual energy would be manifested by the energy coming from these vortex's which are powered by the Universe.

Or, you could look at it another way, perhaps the auric fields between one individual to another touches and therefore things such as precognition, esp and telepathy are possible...This theory would give way to the term "popping ones bubble" so to speak as in standing to close to an individual. Since an ultravoilet scanner will show two individuals and their energy patterns flux within one another through the lens. Making this theory a possibility.

I believe we can see the future that will happen on our given path. I also believe that when u make changes to your life u will alter that future.

Writers such as Greg Braden, Deepak Chopra, Fred Allan Wolfe and many more all suggest that everything is connected. They suggest that the "field" surrounding all of us is affected by our thoughts, beliefs and emotions.

Of course this belief is similar to that of the Buddhists, Hindus, Native Americans etc.

My personal opinion is that we are all indeed connected and I have felt that for a long time

For some, dreams can be predictions of what lies in the future. Nostradamus had the ability to do it; so did Edgar Cayce.

Cayce believed that horrible future events could be averted if humanity changed its behavior. And this is the purpose for giving prophecies - to warn people to change so that the prophecies won't happen.

Since Cayce certainly was not 100% accurate in his predictions, I believe this only shows how some of Cayce's apocalyptic predictions have been averted. So, a successful gloom and doom prophecy is one that does doesn't occur. Cayce's prophecies became well-known all over the world and a case may be made that he may have had some influence in creating the change within people to alter the course of history enough so that the prophecy would not happen.

Cayce would repeatedly say that even the Lord of Lords could not accurately predict future events because human free will can alter and change the future. Cayce is referring to the Biblical account when Jesus is asked when he would return. His reply was:

"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father." (Matt. 24:36)

That first one is more on intent,and you might wonder how it fits... it does.More importantly,it is an example of the energies that I feel would allow premonition to work..nature of majick.

I think when you are given a view into the possible future it is so you can change it. Most of the time you can affect the out come not all the time sometimes it gives you a chance to accept what is going to happen before it does.

Well I also feel that the connection would be the energies, both the good and the evil matter of the Universe. That which we percieve as space and time are within this energy strand. Such is what makes the dimensions as they are. I feel we pull our energy and even our premonitions from such. I feel there is Universal Knowledge yet maybe not as everyone else or as this is stated.

To me life is a circle from beginnign to end and some have the gift or talents to see things or know things better than others. why or how .. well I figure it is universal knowledge from many things that are out there and around us. just an opinion is all.

I think i would want to know how my story is going to play out beforehand.. What the universe has in store for me. I would try to change the bad and keep the good.. I hope i understood your question correctly..

i think that most human minds only see and think in a linear fashion what was then and what is now. i think that once a mind reaches a certain point it can then see what lays beyond ones own mind such as time. but the fact of the matter the yes there is in my option a universal knowledge pool that some of us can tap in to. but the final question remains the same can that mind see beyond the choices that he or she can not make. meaning can he or she understand what everyone else may see beyond with there own two eyes. i think that in order to use this one must be open minded enough to see every possible point in our world and in time. but as of yet no one has been able to tap in to all of there potential brain power. most humans only use bout less then 10% of there brains. and the ones with that sixth sense or who are smart use bout 10% the mind is what holds us back from seeing and tappping in to that pool of knowledge. but heres is my question if we could see and learn from it. would it be wise of us to do so.

they say "If knowledge is power then god i be." we all know what happens when one as total power.

well I believe that it exist yet I am not too sure that we should see what is ... around the corner so to speak. I feel the stronger the energies the stronger the possiblities for portals and seeing things in advance. Just not sure i would want to . I mean things happen to us and all thoughs around us for a reason so why change it. Life is a lesson and experience that is to be followed out to the end. just my opinion.

I personally believe in premonitions. I have always had them, and most often, they are correct. I don't believe in a universal knowledge. If we had this, then I do believe that we could be better at making better life choices, and possibly work together to have world peace. To me universal would go hand in hand with unity.

I believe in premonitions, but a premonition does not determine the future, your actions do, you have a premonition that there is danger coming to you, you change directions, and go a different way, thus changing the furture because of your premonition

they give us a chance to undo a mistake before we can actually make it....

I believe in premonition myself! Its what you make of your future and how you handle it. If you can't handle it, it will edventually come up and bite ya in the ass. I also have to agree with Master Emmeunlo beccause I feel the same way on how you make and live your life.
