Ok, this was inspired by my Constantine thread. I was wondering if any of you beautiful folks out there had any info on Gabriel. I did try to get some out of the Bible, but I kinda dozed off......yea....... anywho, if there's any good sites you can reccomend, I'd appreciate it. I'm currently writing a book, with Gabriel as the main character, but I need more info on him. anything!!!!! please!!!!!

well, it's like he's telling the story. he's not going to be a conventional angel tho! (must not give away plot, must not give away plot)
altho, im trying to make him feel human, if ya get my drift. It's going to be like you're having a conversation with him, the way he tells the story........ did that confuse/help you?

Kaballistically/hebrewishly speaking Gabriel means Strength of GOD. Also, sometimes attributed to the Water Element and to the West. there is a host of info publ. on Archangel Gabriel -really not hard to find.

I use to date her, but she was crazy as a goat.. all she talked about was "i'll make humans worthy of father's love.." or something like that.. I hate what lucifer did to her in constantine but, she surely saw it coming.. anyway..

I don't have any sites but I can talkto my grandfather....he is a baptist preacher.....so I'm sure he would know something.....just ask me some questions and I will find out......It sucks having a preacher for a grandfather and being life-style vamp.....

Gabriel is one of gods greatest warriors, I don't know much more, at one point of my life yes! I was a bible thumper. when I was young, very young, but one thing I remember he was a great warrior, and the name today means strength of god, that's about all I know right now, if I find something else about it I'll post it on here ok

Gabriel is an archangel, he is the left hand of God, with Michael being the right. You might have heard the expression "Angel of Death" that would refer to Gabriel as he was the chosen one to deliver sentence or messages. He was involved in the destruction of Sodom and Gommorah among other "sinful" cities

Yeah angels always were stuck doing God's dirty work lol We've seen a lot of great warriors throughout time that could easily have been given the same titles.
