what do you think happens when you die? what happens after?
i think that we will become someone else in later life

I think it depends on what you did with this life-I believe in reincarnation to the extent that we are giving so much time to improve ourselves over lifetimes, and then we either stop or go someplace worse...

It all depends on your beliefs-I have lived several past lives and so believe in some form of reincarnation.

since im not 100% convinced of reincarnation yet i would say when you are gone you are gone but i really cant answer the question yet

I'm confused about my belifs so I'll say what I wish.

I wish my soul would disapear for ever or to re-incarnate in someone rich and beautiful,but I would prefer if I was a guy or cat rather than a girl.

I am not sure if there is an after life or not.

I believe we go back to that from whence we came. Rejoin the cycle.

If there is any remote chance of living another life, then it would make sence for it to be as a result of punishment or reward, or a lesson we must learn.

Maybe our soles are just recycled, and the body is the bio-degradable part for us to end up feeding on again and again.

I don't know. Argh.... does it matter? If things are set up for us depending on how we act then fine. But I don't believe that in order to achieve eternal happiness I need to go to church and never swear. I guess I'm more concerned in keeping faith in myself and achieving happiness in the here and now.

In reality (f that is really what we are in) then no, it doesn't matter, as there is only one way to find out. But, fi someone asks for your opinion...

It may be a convincing argument for the afterlife,but your dirty bandaids talk to the blind,and they think it's you.

Raw energy. That is why this theory makes the movie "White Noise" very true, but exaggerated. EVP is very real. Research of it will prove to be very rewarding.

Also, our bodies have a small amount of electrical energy always flowing through it. It is your spirit. "Powder" is another good example..

I agree with Stormie about how when we die we leave just our energy of our life, though it has no thought or any ability at all , and is invisble to the eye, it is just the remainder of the person left in this world, or another theory could be that the energy left from us moves on to create new life, not life re-incarrnation, but similar it coudl be teh spark that egnites the life of the egg, or whatever, this is just scientific laws of physics, as when we are created we create energy and when we die we still have that energy but it is expelled from our bodies.

Since I do not believe in a set god or religion, I think we are more than likely reincarnated. But not as a human, once you have been a human, you are rencarnated into an Animal. Animals have smaller brains and are not capable of keeping the Past lives apart and then once the animal dies, you are turned back into a Human, most of your memory wiped clean until something triggers it. And then only in flashes..*has had Past lives*

I think we'll just turn into a bunch of elements from what we were made of and nothing else. No spirits, no souls, no Hell or Heaven, nothing.

How can you say that? You really think we'll become something or someone else in 'another' life? If that's your view on life, then you have a long way to go. Even if you do die, and you think that you are being re-incarnated into something else, perhaps you're only seeing that because that's what you think is happening. Then if you get brought back and tell everyone, they're either going to think your crazy, or join your preach. No one will ever really know what happens to you when you die, because no one has ever came back with a convincing story. And now there's so many stories out there that no one really knows what can happen. Perhaps something different happens to everyone. Perhaps we just disappear. No one will ever know.

souls never die. my soul has wondred many lands, on fases of this earth, of times long forgotton. i believe we are reincarnated. our soul, however, remains. sometimes there are lives taht we remebe well, others we can see only fragmenst of. we can become wise as our souls grow older. some souls are new, some old, depending on the lives upon whic they have seen. but our souls can take anyform. mayhap. i know for certain that i have been a wlof and a hawk, and many times man. many differnt kinds of man, some i am not so proud of. but thier is no escape from life. as one ends, your soul becomes intertwined within a new life, there is no freedom. so, if this is after life... i do not know. i just want to find a way out.

I believe that when we die, our soul is given a short period to rest, and then we come back, not as someone else necessarily, but as something else, any living thing, whether it be an animal, or a plant, both are living.
