Okay, I've been dealing with a pest here lately about promise stamps...I understand the concept of Force Inductions, but are there rules against promise stamps and if there is show me?

No, there are no rules against promise stamps. They do not mean anything however. When a member is a level 20 (I think now) They can be inducted by anyone. If a Person that is able to induct chooses to pay attention to the stamp or not is a personal preference.

You will find that some people will induct those just out of spite or to prove a point. Which is within their right because they really do not have any meaning other than to say that person is interested in that place.

Since I've answered this question, I am going to close this thread.
