Please wish me luck as I am super nervous! It's supposed to be getting continued, but I'm still nervous. My lawyers name is Joe Kennedy and he said at our next court date we are going to do our best to get the charges dropped. I was charged with assault and battery on my husband (it was self defense). But we're telling the court that we didnt hit eachother and blaming the fact that I was going unmedicated with bipolar disorder and that I called 911 and made it up to try and get him in trouble and they ended up charging us both. He got charged with assault on a female. Anyway...wish me luck. Anyone have any feedback?
