I am curious to see how other members deal with people placed in a position above them. Work for the main part but also anyplace else that you are subject to another's rule. also as relates to evolutionary pack mentality.

i hate them and try to make life as diificault for them as i can.being an individualist.i can only do jobs where i work alone.

I'm ok with it, don't like it, but I deal with it because I know that one day I will be put in a position that will place me above others...

i think that personally, i prefer having to follow rules set by someone above me in status. for one, i do not have to take ultimate responsibility, but also, i prefer to take a back-seat and be a behind -the-scenes type of person. thats maybe negative in that i refuse responsibility, but a good task force makes a 'boss' good does it not? and does not necessarily mean i am not a leader of sorts, or does it? hmm..

You need to make this either a journal entry or make it more specific on what your point is. Everyone has to follow rules no matter what position you hold.
