With Zak, Nick, and Aaron. I personally love this show. last night they showed them in New Salem, MA. It was pretty cool.

I would like to discuss this program, peoples thoughts, views, ideas, and anything else to do with this. I really think this could be a good thread!

The Travel Channel airs this program Fridays from 7pm-4am. and sometimes specials with different times, but check your area for the right show times.

I have seen this show and I like how they get their information and follow through with their investigations. I really like the witch trials show.

Does anyone think there are ghosts still around that area? I do. I believe that there are a lot of ghosts.

Infact i do.

In clintonville, WI when i was living at my grandma's house, her ghost was there. i'd always wake up to getting slammed into the wall, or voices, and some times even scratch marks.

Also, in new Salem, PA, the fire hall is haunted. Even ask Vampzerez13. She can tell you more then me about the history and story behind it. But i saw with my own eyes, the 2 spirits that haunt the place.

I do like the places they go to- the way they tell the history of the location. I watch it a lot of times just for this part of the show.

Are you a believer or not?

A lot of people say they fake what they get, but the EVP sessions prove they don't fake it, and they even have specialist go over there work, there's no way they can fake the results!

Do I believe in the Ghost Adventures show? I only trust my own ears, eyes. Not a show that depends on ratings to keep going, being paid.

Have you really watched the show? Zak does it to turn people that don't believe into believers. He was doing all this freelance, until the travel channel started to help him.

He wants everyone to see what he once saw, and i have seen them, and i should know. I have a lost little girl, about the age of 7, that always follows me around, and my friends have heard her, and i do think seen her too!

i have no choice but to be a believer!

Zak, Nick, and Aaron are awsome on their show. They make sure that the best footage they got, they put on air. They pick and choose through all their footage from about 12 hours worth of footage. The Travel Channel decided to help them when they saw their footage online. They originally started posting it there and then they were found by The Travel Channel and asked if they could be there.

Now, if you really want to see real evidence of the paranormal then watch their Goldfield, AZ the first one. You can watch it online. They catch a brick flying at them and a levitating board on camera. It's obvious that they didn't fact that.

I believe in the paranormal because of my big brother. He committed suicide, and yet a month later I saw him standing in my room. I was startled and blinked and he was gone. From that time on, I see him every once in a while. I have also seen (only once) and heard ToxicKittens little girl. Kinda creepy but cool!

xonexforxdeadx and i live in the same house, for almost a year now. My little girl has not shown herself fully to anyone but me, i have seen a full apparition of her, and she is adorable, and has a cute voice.

I think xonexforxdeadx meant they don't FAKE there stuff. The show is one right now, if anyone wants to watch.

Yes we do live in the same house, the only reason i say i saw her is because of the little figure i once saw behind ToxicKitten.

Right now, Ghost Adventures is on and showing some of their investigations of haunted hotels. They are showing the Goldfield Hotel in Goldfield, AZ right now. It's a great episode because they get some great evidence. They do a lot of EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena) and a lot of EMF's (elctro magnetic field). all of them are greatly captured. None of them are faked. It's obvious with the way they do things. I love how they will do live EVP sessions, where they ask a few questions and wait for an answer. When they finish asking they play back the recording device and they normally have found a lot of different things.

Now on some episodes they actually use a "Spirit Box" which is a scanner of sorts that scans through 4 radio frequencies per second. Meaning it scans a full frequency in a quarter of a second. They ask questions and the spirits respond, now their responses can be heard through the spirit box, but some times it's hard to understand what they say because of how fast it scans.

They also have another device which a spirit can use it's energy to pick and choose words from about 10,000 or more words in it's internal dictionary, to say something. It says one word at a time. Last night when they were in New Salem, MA they were using that and it didn't make any noise for half the night. When they brought in two Wiccans to perform a ritual to get the ghosts to really come out, it started to rapidly say "Apple". It was interesting to say the least.

I like how they use many different devices so we can see that none of what they put on TV is faked, or edited. They have specialists analyze all their evidence and see if they actually caught something. Normally they have, a good 99% of the time they have actually caught something. They have caught pictures, video, EVP's, EMF's, and many other things. Most of it though is mainly footage and EVP's.

And, the other piece of equipment they used, the new thing that saw purple.

remember, some demons ruined there relationships, and that's why these guys are single, and not to mention with the flying brick, a camera crew saw it too!

Misa, could you please go deeper into detail about all of this? You know more about that stuff then i do.

The one that saw in purple was called the UV camera. It sees in a whole different spectrum of light than all the others. It sees every single different spectrum of light possible. So it is able to see a ghost that can't be seen on a camera with infer-red vision or in a picture when they try to catch them in still pictures. It will show purple, blue, yellow, ect ect. You never know what color the ghost will be when it appears. Now in one of last night's episodes they used it for the first time. When they used it the ghost was purple. Now purple is closer to an infer-red than any of the others, but because it's in a different spectrum of light the infer-red camera couldn't see it.

What Kalona is talking about is when Zak, Nick, and Aaron went to Bobby Macky's (a kinda live house thing). Now this place had a history of hauntings and demonic entities. In fact, they have a documented exorcism of one of the workers from about 15 years ago at Bobby Macky's. Now when they went there the first time Zak got scratched by one of the Demonic entities. The scratches were documented, of course, and it was shown on TV when the scratches appeared. When they left Bobby Macky's the first time they went the demonic entities followed them home. Aaron lost his girlfriend and Nick and his wife separated for awhile there because she was afraid. The entities had begun to attack their families and lovers to hurt them. The second time they went they brought in a priest. They caught one of the demonic entities saying "lets get the priest" and "we're going to f*cking kill him". When they caught these they were shocked. They also caught a loud growl from one of the entities.

Many things happen to Zak, Nick, and Aaron. What they do is very dangerous but they do it to make non-believers into believers. In fact Zak was once a non-believer until he saw a ghost right in front of him. The reason he made this show was to catch on camera what he once saw and prove to people all around that the paranormal is real. He does this even though it could kill him.

They visited one of the most haunted and most dangerous places and Zak nearly got possessed by one of the evil entities there. He actually screamed at Aaron and Nick had to get him to come out of it. It happened right after they caught a small ball of light shoot at Zak and dissapear as it went through his back. Where they went was the one place they had always wanted to go. They also caught an entity knock over one of their camera's and infer-red lights along with the footsteps running down the bridge. They also caught a mist floating through the field too quickly to be natural when there wasn't any wind at the time.

Besides the fact that one day, Zak and I are going to get married, I love this show. I don't necessarily believe everything on it, because I have to see to believe. But, all at the same time, I do believe in spirits that get trapped here.

And, i underdstand nrd's point. she's one that has to see it, like i was before my grandma's house, and the little girl who tends to follow me around.

But, Nrd, have you had experiences before? and why do you think spirits stay here?

hmm...that is true there are A LOT of people out there that has to see it to believe it. I was one...untill my big brother died and i suddenly saw him when he shouldn't have been there and now i see him every once in a while.

I'd like to know why she believes spirits stay here as well. And if shes had any experiences. Personally i believe spirits wander until it's their time to be reborn again. I don't believe in heaven or hell. It's not my belief. If you ask me, spirits wander and watch over their loved ones and their loved ones family until they are reborn into what they are supposed to be in their next life. Some say we don't have spirits and so ghosts aren't real because they say our body is nothing but flesh and blood and bone. No spirit. It's an interesting theory, but it makes no sense. All a spirit is made out of is energy and that's what our body's are full of. Which creates a spirit once we die.

yes but, Bridget bishop, was back in the 1600's. and still roams the earth today as a spirit. i think they have unfinished business, and can't move on and be reborn, until this lifetimes business is taken care of.

Same as my little girl. She wants me specifically to help her with something, i just do not know what yet.

This also goes for the coal miners still trapped in mines, and the one lady in the hotel waiting for her lover that went to England, but she touches any guests in that hotel, because she wants true love, and affection.

This is what Zak, Nick, and Aaron set there life and work on. This is what they live for.

And the work they do is extremely dangerous. They do it for nothing more than to prove to others that spirits exist. Even though it could one day kill them if they anger the wrong spirits.

You mean like when Zak layed down on the floor, with the axe, ready to cut his head off, telling the spirits to do it, cause he was so pissed?

Or the time that they had bricks thrown at them?

or the time Zak was possessed and seemed to want to kill Nick?

or when the spirits followed them home?

or when they scratched Nick?

Basically, yes. Zak wants to prove that murderous spirits exist along with the kinder spirits. Not many ghost hunters can say they'd go that far to prove the ghosts exist. Now Nick getting scratched...well lets just say it wasn't the first time that one of their group got scratched. Aaron got scratched all down his calf once.

Spirits do have multiple ways of letting us know there here, and that's what them 3 awesome men show us!

I personally love the show. I think they have hardcore, undeniable evidence.

Not to mention the fact that the hottie *ahem* lead investigator is Zak.

Yes, all ghosts have a different way of showing themselves as well. Orbs, shadow figures, full figures, ect ect. You never know if what you're seeing at night is actually a ghost or just a normal shadow.

Yes i have and love the show. Their approach is unique and they are not afraid to provoke. It is a really good show that i have been unable to watch due to not having the channel anymore. if i do end up getting the channel back i'll be watching every Friday.

I love how they provoke the spirits. I like how they also use trigger objects. They use those to bring the spirits back with something they know from their past. Like they did in the old building that made bullets and stuff. When they used old cannon casing and bullets they got alot of activity.

Take a picture at night. mainly around 3:15am. Tell me, and explain the orbs of light. I have caught a many of orbs in pictures. Hell, even on my cell phone, and that camera is crappy mc crap.

They also can manifest into apparitions, or shadow bodies, and even sometimes, full one figures.

I have watched and it is okay. I loved the first episode where they caught the poltergeist activity in the basement - that was awesome.

What bugs me is these guys look like they are high all the time! Wish somebody would pay me to get high and go chase ghosts, lol!

Also, I don't like orbs - they are generally dust or bugs and these guys always are like - "ooo spirit orbs..." umm no.

Honestly, I have to say I love Ghost Hunters and GHI. they seem more professional and I have watched them from the very first time they hunted - before they were sponsored and had decent equipment.

They don't get high, and the evidence is on camera about the orbs. and i myself have been able to get pictures of them, when i know it's not dust or bugs.

Graveyards...are a no no at night....

orbs are documented on Ghost Adventures. They point out how it's an orb and not a bug or dust. If it suddenly appears and then dissapears its not dust or you'd see it go through the whole image. If it was a bug you can see that it looks more like a streak than a floating ball.

and of course graveyards are a no no at night. theres so many dead bodies there, and you never know when the spirits of those bodies are there or not.

Most people post here, and don't even think of the facts. I love it. a bug and dust would look diffrent. dust dont shoot from across the room...and they don't make evp's or make uv lights of purple.

Also dust doesn't look as dense. It doesn't look like it has any density at all. It's just a see through spec that randomly floats through the camera picture. A bug looks like a little light rod flying through the screen and you can distinctly see the wings if you pay attention. Now an orb looks like is has a small amount of density, but then again looks like it doesn't at the same time. It keeps it shape and doesn't look like a small light rod at all.

On fridays they start at about 7 pm. eastern and 8 pm central.

i know i will be. I love the show, and plus i get to cuddle with my kalona as wel watch and talk about it on the comercials ^^ i really like how they do their stuff though. I believe this week is a new episode actually.
