i've read a bit about them. of course anyone who knows about auras knows that purple isn't normal amongst humans. i saw a purple aura on a person who told me later they where a psychic vampire. that would have explained it i suppose but i remain sceptical. does anyone know if psychic vampires commonly have odd auras?

This is a lovely topic, so to add my two sense there has been some stir in some of the circles I have had the pleasure and sometimes the misfortune of traveling through where when the baby gets around psychically active situations a mark appears on the body.

I have seen this in only one infant but there was a distinct pagan marking which was what looked to be a symbol found on a barrier circle. It was then followed up by the people around me spouting that there are children which have the markings of certain glyphs to keep certain things at bay. But when they get together the glyph will either activate or be nullified breaking what ever the bond was allowing all of the things it was warding off to come out.....its interesting notion, not one im to sure on just yet.

Personally I think it's elitist garbage.....what parent is not going to say their child is 'special'.....lol....shame we don't feel the same way about all children born into this world

I agree Carvall, I was felt a little left out when I discovered I wasn't a "child" of any description. So I'll cling to my Gen X label and be proud of it, dammit!

personally i think it is middle class new age claptrap. in the eighties a bunch of bearded yogurt eaters called their kids tristan and jocasta and decided that trying to force behavioral stereotypes on them was wrong, and if you leave young adults alone they will grow up wise and good.

then when they ended up with uncontrollable spoiled brats who were low achievers and didnt mix well, they had to think up some other reason for the behavior problems. not liking terms such as autistic or socially undeveloped, they look for some positive excuse.

so they are unusually gifted, psychic, star children that belong on another world etc. you could call them changelings - after all, their parents are away with the fairies.

I have read, that these children are the new wave of life on the planet. They have strong psychic abilities and are closer to the planet than any other generation. That they basically are the aquarious children.

An indigo child is a child who is more advanced mentally, emotionally, and spiritually than most of us "normal" people. They tend to have heightened psychic abilities, and are said to be gifted. Now, I personally am about 50/50 in whether or not I believe in the indigo child theory. I mean, everything that is said about them could be attributed to other things (ADD for the inability to focus on mundane tasks, being told they are special for the "I am here for a reason and you can't tell me otherwise" attitude, etc)...but at the same time...when was the last true major evolution of human beings...wouldn't it be time for something major to come down the tubes? I don't know...like I said, I could go either way.

well their is of course the option of this being something that people do and do not say to make their children special. one person might be special and then others hearing about it decide their child must be a star child. really though i think that with enough time and effort anyone can become psychic (even if to a small extent after 20 years of trying) or gain abilities that these children may have.

i believe they are children that come from parents that are highly spiritual themselves some of these indigo/crystal children can recall past lives even know of things in other deminsions they are wiser aand a new generation imerging but some parents do not know how to deal with them and sadly many are diagnosed with add i have found a link from a lady who gives many lectures about this subject and recomend anyone interested in knowing more to check it out
