They're great guys, full of energy, and the music is great.

They often play here in Denver.

I haven't checked their site lately (OK so I'm lazy), but they are playing in Philadelphia in April along with And One. I would imagine they are in the middle of a tour.

They are indeed. They did the WGT festival last year, so I guess I won't be seeing them in May :(.

I'm going on April 21. Last time we Spoke andik and her sigifigant other and me mine are going. Oh boy oh boy. First time to see them in almost 2 years. Last time was @ the Phoenix (in Toronto) it had to be 110 degrees in the venue they cut the show a touch short because of the heat no one even moved it was so stinking hot.

This'll be great. Front line assembly is coming to town too...

I think that they are one of my utmost favorite bands and this will be the first time I'll see them live... What can I say, I live in Wyoming, we're Sucksville for good bands.

I was a little disappointed they didn't come to Denver again, but they've been several times in the past few years.

Its good that FLA is touring again too. Good ol' Bill Leeb. They hardly come here because of a stalker that I know, she's a bit 'off'.

At least Denver has easy access!!! I only have a big square state that gets things like old men with big mustaches singing crappy folk and country or people requesting Skinnard... It's sad is what it is!

Yah, well Denver was like that too about 10 years ago.

I still have people from NY and LA tell me I live in a 'cowtown'. I keep telling them thats not true, we have a starbucks on every corner just like a real city :P.

I like Denver except when the Trafic is all screwed up. :) It is a cool city. Peace

Its the stoplights. It's like a retarded monkey full of tranquilizers timed them. You stop at ONE red light, you will stop at each and every single one for the rest of the trip.

Yup! Berzerko and I (formerly the andik with the forgotten username hehe) and our significant others are going to the Toronto show. And since I managed to get out of a final, I can now go to Fronline! woohoo!

But yeah, VNV has to be one of the best live bands. Plus, on this tour I get to subject my s/o to my guilty pleasure -And One.

And One is fun too. Silly German synthpop!

VNV is still the best of the bunch.

It was great seeing them every year when I lived in Denver. They will be playing the Gothic Theatre again in June. They aren't even approaching Memphis. So I'm driving to Atlata next week to see them.

I've seen them at the Gothic (a really nice restored theatre) before twice. June is my b-day, so I'm goin!

I haven't missed them ONCE since 1999. It it soooooo worth the drive to Atlanta. When you see them at the Gothic, give Mark my love.

I don't think he's forgiven me since the first show when they came with Apoptygma Bezerk. They stayed late and asked the ex and I where they could eat cheap. We went to Tom's Diner.

Sounded good at the time, but its one of those food decisions you tend to regret later.

I don't think Ted and Geir have ever forgiven me from that exact same show. Someone said there was an afterparty at Onyx, so my roommate decided to drive Mark, Ted, Geir and myself there. Problem being, she didn't know the way. So we drove around downtown Denver for two hours in the rain trying to find it. The entire time, Ted was leaning out the car window screaming, "GREEN!!!!" at evrry single red light we hit. He even crawled out the window at one point to hit the crosswalk button to make the light change faster.

Damn. I'd almost forgotten about that show. Thanks. /grin

Overall I yell at the lights in Denver A LOT.

I have sent what can only be construed as "constructive criticism" to various departments and the mayor on a weekly basis :P.

The Atlanta show ROCKED!!!!!! It was probably the best weekend of my LIFE! And, with any luck, I'll be trecking tot he Denver show in June as well. Heh. Three times in one year. Me? Obsessed? Never.....

I just went to the one last friday here.. yup... I cant wait to see wait they pull out for the cruise.

We will be going this Friday to see them in Philly. I just heard that Shampoo (Home of Nocturne and Dracula's Ball) is hosting an "After party" after the concert.

They usually have other events on Friday nights so I guess Patrick pulled some strings.

hey KCRC... my other half and I are going to the Philly show also... seeing as the NYC is sold out... we'll be driving 1hr and 30mins to Philly... but it's so worth it.... especially after hearing the new CD!!!! Can't wait!!!

So far I know my wife (DarkAngelGina) and I, Ankhenanset and her cadre of Delaware Goths will be there. Some other dark minded friends from the Philly area who are not on VR also.

I have not been able to find out any more info on the "After" party. Shampoo still has their normal Friday event listed. I guess we will play it by ear as our friend who told us about it is pretty well hooked up in the Philly goth scene.

If you are driving check out the Troc's website. There is a parking garage near the Troc that offers deeply discounte dparking for events at the Troc. Parking can be very pricy there as it's so close to Reading Terminal Market and the Convention Center.

*KCRC: Thanks for the info... maybe we'll run into each other .... I ended up having to take my sister along because my fiancee couldn't get off of work ....oh well! We are driving so hopefully I can get into that parking garage...
