I don't know how many of you have any experience booking cruises with a travel agent. Compared to otheres Z has given me the quicles quotes, fastest answers on cabin availability, speediest response to questions, fastest confirmations, invoicing and reciepts!

She is truly one in a million.

Plus She's in HE too. 'Nuff Said!

Well its been especially good for me. This year is the first year that I've gotten to travel like this.

They've made it seamless, and since half of us lost roomies, had to change cabins, move around, etc., I'm especially appreciative of her patience.

You know she's at home burning us in effigy :P.

Oh yes, though I know you profit from this, it doesn't compare to the frustration, insanity, and stupidity that can go with customer service!

I have said this quite a few times before and I shall say it again hun...YOU ROCK ! ! ! ....The things you have had to deal with, idiots to put up with and all the chaos that goes with planning an event like this has pushed it's limits at times I am sure....I commend you for sticking with it and keeping it fun for all of us....

No, I am sure most of us are more than willing to accept our bit as being massive pains in the arse, but, we will soon sooth your nerves with booze and much much bowing at your feet... I've been asked to become a student instructor for my Kung-Fu school. It's quite the honor, but it means I'll have NO life. Yay for vacation!

I'm not much for talking-I prefer to let the music do it-but i would like to say that Z is a truly great person. She tells it like it is, no BS, but also has a heart of gold. She always keeps her word, is a true professional, and has amazing style and insight into all the things we have grown to love and admire. She will no doubt become legendary, known as a mover and shaker, a person who helped shape our future. It's an honor to be part of history in the making.
