TO TAKE THE SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL: There is a Marriott courtesy phone outside baggage claim. Just pick it up and let them know you are there, and they will pick you up in about 10 mins.

Flight info is no longer needed. There were so many flight changes coming in each day that the hotel could not keep up with them. They have asked that we use the courtesy phones for pick up instead.

YOU NEED TO BE AT THE HOTEL ON THE 5TH BY 6PM. 5PM IS BETTER.

What time is dinner and will there be dancing afterwards?

you two should let me know @ when you're arriving. Several of us are arriving close together, perhaps we can save trips and bundle some of us all together.

i'm assuming it will be pretty obvious where to go once the shuttle brings us to the hotel right? just follow the disciples of vnv!

There are quite a few people arriving at 6pm.. So the dinner has been moved to 8pm on the 5th.

the post cruise party dinner will remain at 6pm.

Dancing.. well.. there will be a small area for dancing.. but I would imagine after all that traveling.. most people will be to pooped.

Horray! Thanks so much for changing the dinner time! Barring delays, our plane arrives at 5pm, so I was a tad worried that we'd miss dinner or at least be unfashionably late.

Planes put me to sleep, so I'll definitely be up for dancing and drinking at the pre-cruise party!

I am glad to hear about the change in the dinner time for the preparty as well. I am going to cram some time in at D-world that day. So this will give me enough time to get to the hotel, check in and get ready before the food gets served.

Drinks....Is there somewhere in Orlando to pick up decently priced booze for the preparty? Do I need to?

Excellent - I will be sure to pull out cash then :). Am I allowed to bring my own swanky wine or liquor or anything if I choose to? There is some killer stuff in Oregon that can't be found anywhere else, and I know I can't bring it on the cruise :P.

I'll be there early as well like 12pm... guess it's lunch and pool til the room opens up:)

You can check in as early as noon.. BUT if you get there really early, the hotel has a luggage hold area so you can enjoy the pool and stuff till your room opens. They also have bathrooms if you need to change.. etc.

I have a bottle of Blavod but haven't opened it cuz my friend said it tasted like butt... :) I'm thinking about using it now for Black (grape) jello shots.
