It appears that our local "occult specialist" and ex cop Don Rimer is at it again. He approached the student of a local vampire elder, and told them who he was, he also claimed to be a member of Septem Civis (the local Vampire Council in the area). Don Rimer is NOT, NOR HAS HE EVER BEEN a member of Septem Civis. We have not contacted or corresponded with him in any way, nor is he in any way affiliated with Septem Civis.
