i was just thinking that the sorts of crimes that were happening, and the way the press would cover it, i think the state cops would show up pretty quickly.

only makes sense that rangers would handle the case, and im trying to make it "real" even with the things going on.

Funny thing, here in Texas, if a bad crime is commited, the Rangers are usually called before the FBI...and its not unknown for the Rangers to ask FBI agents to leave THEIR crime scene. LOL
shame they never covered that in the X files.
